Hello, and welcome to the Borealis experience. I'm

Unknown:

your host Aurora, life coach and companion on this beautiful

Unknown:

journey called life. I hope you're doing well I hope you

Unknown:

feel safe. I'll be feeling appreciated, loved. I hope you

Unknown:

get shut down. I also hope that you get to relax to enjoy life

Unknown:

to be playful. Take a deep breath in. And then exhale Oh my

Unknown:

God. All too often we forget to breathe. We get caught up in our

Unknown:

to do lists. We get caught up in relationship issues. We get

Unknown:

caught up in our healing process, we get caught up in

Unknown:

trying to build our business. GO GO GO GO, GO GO GO GO GO GO GO

Unknown:

as what society preaches. This is what our relatives or friends

Unknown:

are doing. And so we expected from ourselves. And whenever you

Unknown:

meet with somebody, and you can say that you're so busy,

Unknown:

whenever you can tell somebody I wish. I wish I had more hours in

Unknown:

my day. I wish I could meet up with you. But I'm just so busy.

Unknown:

I feel that statement is so overrated. And a big chunk of

Unknown:

people waking up right now realize that is such an old

Unknown:

school way of living life. To be tired and exhausted all the time

Unknown:

exhilarated about never ending to do lists. Dancing on several

Unknown:

parties at the same time.

Unknown:

spreading ourselves thin is is really something that will burn

Unknown:

us out. Something that I really want to emphasize our nervous

Unknown:

system is not made for acquired yet. It will take 1000s of years

Unknown:

for our nervous system to adjust to the chaos and the fast pace

Unknown:

that we created around our societies. And until then, we

Unknown:

will see people slide into depression, burnout, suicide

Unknown:

I feel we all have to learn to walk and work at our own pace

Unknown:

again. Because otherwise you're going to run the risk to become

Unknown:

depressed. To become anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted all the

Unknown:

time. I read a beautiful book the other day, called

Unknown:

essentialism where he talks about how important it is to

Unknown:

take breaks to step away from your busy day from your

Unknown:

projects. And to look at the bigger picture to see what's

Unknown:

going on to see if you're moving into the direction that you want

Unknown:

your life to unfold.

Unknown:

And you can only do this by stepping away, stepping back,

Unknown:

relaxing, opening up your heart and reflecting and being with

Unknown:

yourself. And this is not only for entrepreneurs or People and

Unknown:

high paying positions. This is for people who struggle with

Unknown:

relationship issues, people who are unemployed people who

Unknown:

started a family, singles, who keep dating people that are not

Unknown:

really a match. Sometimes we get too caught up in a mode. And we

Unknown:

don't realize that we are in a corner. So if you step back and

Unknown:

look at your previous days, maybe even weeks, you can maybe

Unknown:

see a pattern. You can see if you were progressing, if you

Unknown:

were healing if you were advancing in your journey like

Unknown:

you want to. Or you can see if you got maybe caught up with

Unknown:

details that are not really important to pay attention to.

Unknown:

It is really important to find out what is an alignment with

Unknown:

your True core values. Each little decision you make from

Unknown:

the moment that you wake up until you fall asleep at night.

Unknown:

dictates if you're gonna get closer to your dreams and goals

Unknown:

and ways of living or not. And don't get me wrong, you don't

Unknown:

have to constantly be thinking about healing and progressing

Unknown:

and growing. That's exactly what I mean. You have to take a break

Unknown:

from it. Step away and look at your life. Look at your

Unknown:

relationships. Look at your financial situation, look at

Unknown:

your health, most importantly, your body your physical health

Unknown:

is sometimes the very last instance, when it comes to your

Unknown:

life trying to show you that you are on a wrong path. Sometimes

Unknown:

people have to become seriously sick to realize that they ran

Unknown:

astray. But their steps before getting sick is an uneasy

Unknown:

feeling in your chest. There is a tension there is you rejecting

Unknown:

love you refusing and resisting to opening up your heart.

Unknown:

There's headaches, there's insomnia, there is erectile

Unknown:

dysfunction. There is low libido there is no motivation,

Unknown:

inspiration, no drive to get up in the morning. Pay attention to

Unknown:

these little signs that may tell you that you are not really on

Unknown:

the path you should be on. And you can all be here these signs.

Unknown:

Once you are still Once you allow space and sometimes you

Unknown:

gotta fight for it because there's going to be invitations,

Unknown:

there's going to be other people needing you. There's going to be

Unknown:

your ego kicking in Yeah, but I can't make time because I'm

Unknown:

overwhelmed already. But I tell you, sweetheart, there is no way

Unknown:

around it you have to stop and think at times and reflect

Unknown:

integral integrate what you've learned and let go of what is

Unknown:

not serving you anymore.

Unknown:

Be present with yourself and also when you are with other

Unknown:

people. Notice how you might be in a mode and notice how when

Unknown:

you're present with them when you feel at ease with yourself.

Unknown:

Your relationships drastically improve what it takes to make

Unknown:

space and time to reflect and to see if you are on a good path.

Unknown:

It is that you say no. are trade offs Highly successful people be

Unknown:

it in when it comes to finances, health, brilliant ideas, great

Unknown:

fulfilling relationships, say no to a lot of things. They're very

Unknown:

radical on how they spend time who they give attention to and

Unknown:

into which projects they pour their energy into. And I feel we

Unknown:

can all learn to be a little bit more focused on what is

Unknown:

important in our lives. And less distracted, less torn between

Unknown:

events. Less hypnotized by advertisement, Oh, you gotta buy

Unknown:

this, you gotta go there, you gotta meet this person. Oh, it

Unknown:

is all so exciting. No, once you make your decision, once you

Unknown:

know the trade offs that you want to face. Once you say no.

Unknown:

Once you say yes, to your true calling to events, and people

Unknown:

and projects, and recreational activities that are in true

Unknown:

alignment with yourself. You will notice your body feeling

Unknown:

more at ease. You will enjoy better sleep, you will be more

Unknown:

clear in your mind and content with yourself. This is what I

Unknown:

wish for you. This is what each of my client wants to reach. And

Unknown:

I feel so honored and so grateful to be a stepping stone

Unknown:

and people's lives as a coach and to see people unfold their

Unknown:

true potential and pursue their dreams and starting to say no to

Unknown:

abuse and distraction and starting to say yes to true love

Unknown:

and financial stability and exciting projects that people

Unknown:

thought never had time or energy for and now all of a sudden that

Unknown:

they say no to the non essential. They find themselves

Unknown:

with more time, more energy, most of the time also more

Unknown:

money. I'm gonna let you go on this note. And yeah, I'm very

Unknown:

excited to connect with you. Always reach out to me on

Unknown:

Facebook, Aurora Eggert. And if you want to do me a huge favor,

Unknown:

you don't even know how much it means to my podcast here that I

Unknown:

pour my heart into. Please, wherever you listen to leave a

Unknown:

review or give me a rating. It helps people to find my podcast

Unknown:

and my biggest wish would be that we can reach more people,

Unknown:

especially during those very stressful times that we're all

Unknown:

navigating through right now. Alright, have a great rest of

Unknown:

your day. take really good care of yourself and drink a huge cup

Unknown:

of water. Bye bye

Also..
A little bit about me
Trust me I’m far from feeling, behaving or being perfect.
Perfection is nothing I’m thriving for yet I can say I’m proud of my path/ life journey.

I'm no longer enslaved to my #depression
I'm no longer a #rapevictim
I no longer struggle with #eatingdisorder
I no longer feel the need to hold on to fear, anger and resentment towards men.
I #create podcast episodes and videos several times a week to support and inspire others even on days I feel poorly.
I push through hard times while being gentle on myself.

I'm able to be consistent without feeling drained for the first time in my life because I found something that brings me joy and excitement and stills my hunger to support people out there.

I try my best to understand people’s harsh opinions that are not in alignment with my values .

I learn every day on how to express myself better in a foreign language

I no longer use being bullied back then in school as an excuse in life to not show up for myself or others.

I ask questions, really annoying questions, in order to experience my environment and to find out what is best for me and my people around me ..
Yes, I still feel triggered in many situations.
Yes, I feel depressed and discouraged at times but I embrace it and don’t let it define me anymore.

Doing all this allows me to meet incredible people along the way.

People who:
- inspire me
- encourage me and ignite my deep compassion

I'm grateful for all of you and I’m so happy that I can learn from you and grow together with you .

We are all together in this beautiful mess called life
Thank you for being here

Lots of love and respect

About your host

Profile picture for Aurora Eggert

Aurora Eggert

Hello there,
Born and raised in Germany under the influence of French culture I got a taste of how people perceive life and situations totally differently depending on how and where they grew up. this ignited my deepest curiosity for human behaviour at a very young age.

Being always more of an introvert and observant child I absorbed a lot of stuff that to this day weigh heavy on my soul but on the bright side I can say that these experiences make me relate so much deeper and better to the people around me.

I understand pain. I know suffering. I know how it feels to feel misunderstood.
People say I have a warm, soothing vibe and I enjoyed many years working as a physiotherapist in Germany.

Today I’m more venturing towards bringing healing through podcasting/ Life coaching and yoga. I also encourage people to spend more time out in nature and have a Yurt set up in our forest where I host regular relaxation classes.

I would like to call myself a perception shifter because this is what helped me on my path of (ongoing) healing - I’d love to offer perception shifting thoughts/views in order to make people feel more real and their life easier and their relationships deeper.

I’m also passionate about bringing awareness to locally grown food to people’s table as I’m certain that feeling empowered and real starts with what you nurture your body with and what you absorb with all senses from your environment on a daily basis .

I live in the Rocky Mountains
Raise a couple chickens Free range for eggs and grow a beautiful vegetable garden with my grandmother, fiance and mother in summer.

Podcasting became my passion because I can reach people all over the world- Give hope, make people feel less lonely and self-empowered. Furthermore the interviews with people from around the world expand my horizon and help me heal my soul.
Bonnie my pitbull is always at my side.
connect with me and share your story on my show .

Love ❤️
A.
