sometimes it's just a little attitude change or a little bit

of tricking your mind into being or feeling good, and it can

change our whole day. So maybe that episode can change your day

and make you feel awesome about yourself. If you had a shitty

start to the day where a difficult one. Alright, find a

comfortable seat or lay down on the floor. She lay down on the

floor. Have your feet a little bit apart and opening up to the

sky. Have your arms a little bit apart from your body and your

palms facing up to the sky. And then relax. Let your shoulders

sink into the ground, your heels, your pelvis, the back of

your head. If you if you choose sorry to sit down today, said in

an easy seat. Have your legs crossed in front of you. Or if

you sit on a chair, have your feet firmly pressing on the

That gives your spine a natural straightness. Now, roll your

shoulders up and back. Slightly tuck your chin to elongate your

neck and your arms can be resting on your knees on your

thighs. You can have your palms up or down. For more grounding

sensation. If you have your palms facing up to the sky, it's

more the body language for receiving being open. So palms

are down, you're grounded, you live more closed, but not in a

negative way. Now when it comes to your face, please relax your

jaw and the little muscles around your eyes, your forehead.

Beautiful. Now, let's tune in to our breath. Is it shallow is a

deep just become aware of your breath without wanting to

Unknown:

manipulate it or control it.

Unknown:

Beautiful. Now if you feel that your breath is a little bit

Unknown:

shallow, then focus on deepening it. Maybe place one hand onto

Unknown:

your belly and try to direct your breath into your hand

Unknown:

there. Feel your belly extends when you inhale. When you

exhale, become small again. Beautiful. Very good. No, you

Unknown:

feel good about yourself today. And again, if you don't bear

Unknown:

with me. Your life feels light and it's flowing. You live in

abundance. You have beautiful friendships and connections,

nurturing relationships. Money is flowing in and out and your

body just feels so strong and healthy and resilient. When you

go into birds perspective If you can see yourself glowing and

Unknown:

shining, proud chest, humble mind, open heart. By the way,

Unknown:

this is pure natural attractiveness. Feeling good

Unknown:

with yourself is so beautiful to observe and so inspiring. Never

Unknown:

fear jealousy around you. Never fear to be rejected. Just know

Unknown:

that your beauty comes from within. Because you are happy

Unknown:

with yourself, you're at peace with your past. You're a piece

Unknown:

with your present and you're not scared or anxious about the

Unknown:

future. You're very confident that everything will align.

Unknown:

you radiate this beautiful confidence you radiate health

Unknown:

and people around you will benefit from that state. You

Unknown:

will either inspire them or you will be able to support them,

Unknown:

motivate them

Unknown:

you are leading by example. you demonstrate that change is

Unknown:

possible. And maybe you shared with your friends that change is

Unknown:

not always comfortable, it can be very lonely, uncomfortable.

Unknown:

But if you are at peace with yourself, everything is lighter.

Unknown:

effortlessness is possible. And people will open doors. Instead

Unknown:

of questioning you and doubting you, you see a

Unknown:

confident person is more likely to chase her or his dreams.

Unknown:

Because people can trust you. If you're not confident with

Unknown:

yourself, if you don't really like yourself, you're not

Unknown:

igniting trust in another person. And this is the only

Unknown:

reason that people might reject you. It has nothing to do with

Unknown:

physicality. It has to do with how you feel about yourself and

Unknown:

which energy you put out there. trustworthiness is the number

Unknown:

one thing that people are attracted to be at your

Unknown:

employer. Be it a potential date, your partner for sure.

Unknown:

Your family of friends. If they know they can rely on you and

Unknown:

trust you, you are in a power position in a positive power

Unknown:

position. People want to follow you support you left you up even

Unknown:

higher. There's negative power positions too. When you're

Unknown:

manipulating, and you're playing games, when you're trying to

Unknown:

make others feel inferior. You can reach a powerful position

Unknown:

doing that but people will follow you because of the wrong

Unknown:

reasons because of them being scared or not confident about

Unknown:

themselves. So be aware of your power of you're radiating that

Unknown:

beautiful energy out there and people reacted. You can share

Unknown:

their beautiful energy. The words you speak, the thoughts

Unknown:

you have the feelings you have are so inspiring. You're very

Unknown:

clear with your thoughts. You're clear with your boundaries.

Unknown:

you're invincible and so to say no can harm you. I know you must

Unknown:

have been on a rough path, because you didn't get there for

Unknown:

free. He had to fight your way to become the person you are

Unknown:

today, you had to let go, you had to walk through pain,

Unknown:

disappointment. But now you're here and you're shining bright.

Unknown:

And you can be so

Unknown:

effing proud of yourself by just being yourself. No focus back

Unknown:

into your breath. And know that without a healthy body, you go

Unknown:

nowhere.

Unknown:

Without healthy connections, you go nowhere. So have a good

Unknown:

connection to your body. And the number one thing to connect to

Unknown:

your body is your breath. Your breath is happening

Unknown:

unconsciously. But you can also control it does not wonderful.

Unknown:

And it stimulates and it's influencing us so deeply on a

Unknown:

physical level on a metaphysical level, on an emotional level. So

Unknown:

use that tool called breath.

Unknown:

To always come back to that peaceful state, to always stay

Unknown:

connected to yourself, to be calm again and present with

Unknown:

yourself to make decisions in a very calm and lean back

Unknown:

position, instead of rushing into a reaction and fast

Unknown:

decision.

Unknown:

Now bow your mind. Have your hands in front of your chest. If

Unknown:

you're laying down on the ground, roll down over to your

Unknown:

sides. And then push yourself up into a seated position. And then

Unknown:

put your hands into prayer position in front of your heart.

Unknown:

Maybe you feel your heartbeat. Now I want you to deeply thank

yourself for taking making that time today. And I'm thanking you

for being so brave to be on that journey of self discovery and

healing. You're so precious. And You're so welcome. is so needed

Trust me I’m far from feeling, behaving or being perfect.
Perfection is nothing I’m thriving for yet I can say I’m proud of my path/ life journey.

I'm no longer enslaved to my #depression
I'm no longer a #rapevictim
I no longer struggle with #eatingdisorder
I no longer feel the need to hold on to fear, anger and resentment towards men.
I #create podcast episodes and videos several times a week to support and inspire others even on days I feel poorly.
I push through hard times while being gentle on myself.

I'm able to be consistent without feeling drained for the first time in my life because I found something that brings me joy and excitement and stills my hunger to support people out there.

I try my best to understand people’s harsh opinions that are not in alignment with my values .

I learn every day on how to express myself better in a foreign language

I no longer use being bullied back then in school as an excuse in life to not show up for myself or others.

I ask questions, really annoying questions, in order to experience my environment and to find out what is best for me and my people around me ..
Yes, I still feel triggered in many situations.
Yes, I feel depressed and discouraged at times but I embrace it and don’t let it define me anymore.

Doing all this allows me to meet incredible people along the way.

Hello there,
Born and raised in Germany under the influence of French culture I got a taste of how people perceive life and situations totally differently depending on how and where they grew up. this ignited my deepest curiosity for human behaviour at a very young age.

Being always more of an introvert and observant child I absorbed a lot of stuff that to this day weigh heavy on my soul but on the bright side I can say that these experiences make me relate so much deeper and better to the people around me.

I understand pain. I know suffering. I know how it feels to feel misunderstood.
People say I have a warm, soothing vibe and I enjoyed many years working as a physiotherapist in Germany.

Today I’m more venturing towards bringing healing through podcasting/ Life coaching and yoga. I also encourage people to spend more time out in nature and have a Yurt set up in our forest where I host regular relaxation classes.

I would like to call myself a perception shifter because this is what helped me on my path of (ongoing) healing - I’d love to offer perception shifting thoughts/views in order to make people feel more real and their life easier and their relationships deeper.

I’m also passionate about bringing awareness to locally grown food to people’s table as I’m certain that feeling empowered and real starts with what you nurture your body with and what you absorb with all senses from your environment on a daily basis .

I live in the Rocky Mountains
Raise a couple chickens Free range for eggs and grow a beautiful vegetable garden with my grandmother, fiance and mother in summer.

Podcasting became my passion because I can reach people all over the world- Give hope, make people feel less lonely and self-empowered. Furthermore the interviews with people from around the world expand my horizon and help me heal my soul.
