As promised today. I want to talk about love starvation. Why

Unknown:

do I want to talk about it, because this is what I feel. I

Unknown:

feel that we are all on so many levels starved. We're so hungry

Unknown:

for love. physical touch, healing touch, deep connection,

Unknown:

intimacy, warmth, feeling understood, feeling seen feeling

Unknown:

heard. And all I can say is I want to help that I want to

Unknown:

alleviate these feelings. And now my dog is feeding on

Unknown:

something that I have to take out of his mouth. I will be

Unknown:

right back. Now we got everything sorted. So we feel

Unknown:

disconnected. We feel we see people through a plexiglass and

Unknown:

we literally like we actually do at the grocery store, at least

Unknown:

here in Canada. We see each other but we don't really

Unknown:

connect deeply. We are craving physical touch. yet. We're so

Unknown:

scared because what if the person rejects me? What if

Unknown:

society says this is harassment? What if

Unknown:

it's so crazy. Like physical touches, something so natural.

Unknown:

Yet right now. This, how these weird mixed messages around it.

Unknown:

And we don't really know how to behave with each other anymore.

Unknown:

And this whole virus talk this whole virus dominating our

Unknown:

societies is not making it better. Because now we're being

Unknown:

told now we believe now we live in fear of the other being in

Unknown:

contact with another person might kill you might kill

Unknown:

another person that you love and have contact with. And I'm not

Unknown:

here to say this is wrong, the news are bad blah, blah, blah.

Unknown:

I'm never gonna engage in that conversation. But all I'm seeing

Unknown:

is people being lonely and pain because we're being love

Unknown:

starved. So what can we do about this? What can we do to feel

Unknown:

better to be more connected to ourselves to feel more loving,

Unknown:

accepting towards yourself and then to bring that to the

Unknown:

outside world. I use this time of isolation, too deeply

Unknown:

reconnect to myself. And I'm doing it the very basic way.

Unknown:

Yeah, I went through a yoga teacher training and I'm very

Unknown:

interested in meditation and such. But what I'm doing, I feel

Unknown:

is like the real basic of being a human being, breathing, tuning

Unknown:

into your breath. Is my breath shallow? Or do I allow my entire

Unknown:

lungs to breathe in an exhale? I put one hand onto my heart, and

Unknown:

feel my heartbeat. Can you imagine there's people out there

Unknown:

I once worked with a client. And he said, he cannot have earbuds

Unknown:

in his ears. Because sometimes that makes him hear his pulse,

Unknown:

his heartbeat, and that freaks him out. And I just thought, oh

Unknown:

my god, like he can't even hear your own heartbeat. That's so

Unknown:

crazy. That is you that is what keeping what keeps your life

Unknown:

laying down on the floor. closing your eyes, you know,

Unknown:

being on a hard surface and feeling your lungs expanding and

Unknown:

then retracting again, expanding and retracting. Maybe hover

Unknown:

above yourself, and look down on yourself. And look at your body.

Unknown:

Look how magnificent it is. It is not only protecting you, but

Unknown:

it is keeping your life it is constantly there for you.

Unknown:

And then you go further and maybe you have a mirror and can

Unknown:

look yourself in the eyes or maybe you just can look out the

Unknown:

window and you see that your eyes are consuming. What are

Unknown:

your eyes consuming? Are they consuming? Good nurturing

Unknown:

energy? Or is it fast food? Do you see the beauty of life out

Unknown:

there? I do you see gray shades and darkness and fear and

Unknown:

hatred. Now you go to your ears. What are your ears consuming?

Unknown:

Said beautiful soothing music is it a soothing voice of someone

Unknown:

you love is it content that makes you feel good. When it

Unknown:

comes to physical touch, when you have a shower Do you just go

Unknown:

through your quick routine of scrubbing off all the parts and

Unknown:

then Off you go. But you deeply appreciate a little bit of self

Unknown:

love there. Not in a sexual way. But just touching your skin.

Unknown:

Thanking your body for being there for you each second of

Unknown:

your life.

Unknown:

When you wash your hair when you massage your head a little bit.

Unknown:

You can see that you can give yourself warmth, love and

Unknown:

shelter and nurturing with your bare hands without any expensive

Unknown:

creams or whatever is out there that people are trying to sell

Unknown:

to you.

Unknown:

Your hands can be very healing not only on other bodies but you

Unknown:

can touch your skin. You can massage your head or your

Unknown:

shoulders, your neck, you can put your hands onto your belly

Unknown:

onto your heart as a couple mu dress from yoga that you can put

Unknown:

your fingers in, and certain positions that I still like

Unknown:

haven't understood it fully. But I can certainly feel it when you

Unknown:

bring your index and your thumb together, and your three other

Unknown:

fingers are kind of stretched away a little bit. It's kind of

Unknown:

a closed circle, now, you can massage your temples. Next time

Unknown:

you eat, you can send gratefulness

Unknown:

off to all the people out there

Unknown:

who have helped you to have that food on your plate. Matching,

Unknown:

matching the chain of all the people helping out. And then you

Unknown:

taste that food. And you're deeply appreciate what you're

Unknown:

eating there. You know, that what you eat is what you become.

Unknown:

Right? you ingest your food, and you not only poop it out again,

Unknown:

your body actually takes it in, takes the nutrients out and

Unknown:

keeps it in your body supports your nervous system, your

Unknown:

organs, your heart. Everything you eat will affect your health,

Unknown:

and the way you feel mentally and emotionally. So you sit

Unknown:

there, you appreciate your food. You appreciate everybody who has

Unknown:

helped you to get it onto your plate. And then you imagine your

Unknown:

body absorbing all the good nutrients. And you know what the

Unknown:

funny thing is with people who want to lose weight, once they

Unknown:

do this little exercise, they realize Holy shit, like I don't

Unknown:

need that extra chocolate. I don't need that extra fries that

Unknown:

I just ordered. My body is soaking all of this in. I have

Unknown:

to scrub my pants and my plates and my cutlery with so much

Unknown:

soap. Because it is so greasy and all caked in. But this is

Unknown:

what is happening inside of your body now. So all I'm saying here

Unknown:

is that deep appreciation for your body will change the way

Unknown:

you see yourself and feel about yourself. And you don't need

Unknown:

anything for it. Just your presence. Just a little bit of

Unknown:

imagination. And the more aware you will become of how you treat

Unknown:

your body, the more aware you will be with what you put into

Unknown:

your body. Your body is like I want to say that entity that

Unknown:

makes you feel all these things read the feelings and the pain,

Unknown:

the suffering the love. So if you treat that body Well, you

Unknown:

will be more receptive to love as well. And that in return can

Unknown:

be seen by other people. They can see the self acceptance, the

Unknown:

self respect, they can see that glow and they will be so

Unknown:

magnetized by you. being present with yourself and taking deep

Unknown:

care of yourself. They want to connect to that because that is

Unknown:

something they are missing. And then you can teach them what I'm

Unknown:

teaching you here. And then if people are open for it, you can

Unknown:

start a conversation, a deep connection. And we can start to

Unknown:

talk about physical touch again. I feel like I said at the

Unknown:

beginning there's so many mixed messages out there when it comes

Unknown:

to physical touch and sexuality and consent and harassment and

Unknown:

blah blah blah if we learn to properly communicate with each

Unknown:

other again We will open up to each other, like flowers to the

Unknown:

bee. And then you can be the bee again, or you can be the flower

Unknown:

and receive. And we can all connect on deeper levels to each

Unknown:

other again. But we have to gain trust again, there's so much

Unknown:

distrust and fear out there. We have to gain trust in ourselves

Unknown:

and our bodies. Trust that we can strengthen our immune system

Unknown:

with these self love practices. And maybe additionally, taking

Unknown:

vitamins, going for walks, drinking enough water. And

Unknown:

sleeping.

Unknown:

Sleep is so incredibly important. And I'm also

Unknown:

providing you with meditations here. So when you go onto my

Unknown:

search bar meditation, it should spit you out a couple episodes

on meditation, and that can very well help you on finding a

Unknown:

deeper sleep. So I see and feel the love starvation in our

Unknown:

society. And my vision is to give people these tools. And the

funny thing is that I know we each have these tools, we just

have to be remembered. I'm not teaching you something new here,

Unknown:

I'm just remembering you have the power you have and not only

Unknown:

the power, but the connection to yourself that you have. And I

Unknown:

remind you, sorry, I don't say I remember you I remind you. I

Unknown:

remind you of the huge love that you're carrying inside of

Unknown:

yourself. And that love wants to be expressed towards yourself.

Unknown:

And then through that towards others. Deep trust deep love, go

Unknown:

hand in hand and can dissolve hatred and fear. conversations,

Unknown:

raw conversations, asking questions, being curious,

Unknown:

instead of making assumptions will spark raw and beautiful,

Unknown:

connecting, nurturing conversations again. and that in

Unknown:

turn will make us feel less lonely and more connected. That

Unknown:

is my vision for the next couple of months and years to come. To

Unknown:

remind you of the deep connection that you can have to

Unknown:

Trust me I’m far from feeling, behaving or being perfect.
Perfection is nothing I’m thriving for yet I can say I’m proud of my path/ life journey.

I'm no longer enslaved to my #depression
I'm no longer a #rapevictim
I no longer struggle with #eatingdisorder
I no longer feel the need to hold on to fear, anger and resentment towards men.
I #create podcast episodes and videos several times a week to support and inspire others even on days I feel poorly.
I push through hard times while being gentle on myself.

I'm able to be consistent without feeling drained for the first time in my life because I found something that brings me joy and excitement and stills my hunger to support people out there.

I try my best to understand people’s harsh opinions that are not in alignment with my values .

I learn every day on how to express myself better in a foreign language

I no longer use being bullied back then in school as an excuse in life to not show up for myself or others.

I ask questions, really annoying questions, in order to experience my environment and to find out what is best for me and my people around me ..
Yes, I still feel triggered in many situations.
Yes, I feel depressed and discouraged at times but I embrace it and don’t let it define me anymore.

Doing all this allows me to meet incredible people along the way.

Hello there,
Born and raised in Germany under the influence of French culture I got a taste of how people perceive life and situations totally differently depending on how and where they grew up. this ignited my deepest curiosity for human behaviour at a very young age.

Being always more of an introvert and observant child I absorbed a lot of stuff that to this day weigh heavy on my soul but on the bright side I can say that these experiences make me relate so much deeper and better to the people around me.

I understand pain. I know suffering. I know how it feels to feel misunderstood.
People say I have a warm, soothing vibe and I enjoyed many years working as a physiotherapist in Germany.

Today I’m more venturing towards bringing healing through podcasting/ Life coaching and yoga. I also encourage people to spend more time out in nature and have a Yurt set up in our forest where I host regular relaxation classes.

I would like to call myself a perception shifter because this is what helped me on my path of (ongoing) healing - I’d love to offer perception shifting thoughts/views in order to make people feel more real and their life easier and their relationships deeper.

I’m also passionate about bringing awareness to locally grown food to people’s table as I’m certain that feeling empowered and real starts with what you nurture your body with and what you absorb with all senses from your environment on a daily basis .

I live in the Rocky Mountains
Raise a couple chickens Free range for eggs and grow a beautiful vegetable garden with my grandmother, fiance and mother in summer.

Podcasting became my passion because I can reach people all over the world- Give hope, make people feel less lonely and self-empowered. Furthermore the interviews with people from around the world expand my horizon and help me heal my soul.
