Feelings of unworthiness can be a significant obstacle for many people. These feelings can lead to self-doubt, low self-esteem, and a negative self-perception. They may prevent individuals from pursuing their goals, taking risks, or reaching their full potential.
Feelings of unworthiness can stem from various factors, such as past experiences, negative self-comparisons, societal expectations, or critical self-judgment. Overcoming these feelings requires self-awareness, self-compassion, and a willingness to challenge negative thought patterns.

Unknown:experience. I'm your still rora life coach. Actually, I'm going
Unknown:to change my intro today, Power Man, coach and companion on this
Unknown:beautiful journey called life. I hope you're doing good, I hope
Unknown:you feel safe. I hope you feel good in your skin. I hope you
Unknown:feel a sense of purpose, I hope you feel connection with the
Unknown:people around you. I hope you have had a good year, a good
Unknown:2023 so far. Today I want to talk about your self worth. self
Unknown:worth. I want to say that all the dumb like really dumb
Unknown:decisions that I've made in my life and there has been many I
Unknown:can trace back to not feeling enough, not feeling worthy. Not
Unknown:feeling a sense of belonging, not feeling that I'm genuinely
Unknown:deserving of a good life. And I want to talk about this today
Unknown:because the people I work with the people I accompany on their
Unknown:journey towards more empowerment towards a more fulfilled life to
Unknown:more resilient relationships all have this one thing in common
Unknown:that in their mind, they feel unworthy. In their mind, they
Unknown:are still stuck in old belief systems and old patterns that
Unknown:keep them stuck in one place in one little comfort zone that is
Unknown:not comfortable anymore. And it's really important to talk
Unknown:about this because nothing you will start doing and life will
Unknown:work out the way you want it. Because if you are not 100%
Unknown:confident in yourself, if you don't have self worth, you're
Unknown:going to fail no matter what people will be able to throw you
Unknown:like good circumstances to throw money at you to throw you know
Unknown:everything towards you. That will help you to be successful.
Unknown:But if you don't feel a strong sense of self worth, you will
Unknown:not feel deserving and not accept all the tools, all the
Unknown:dirty circumstances, surprises, whatever it is, that are being
Unknown:thrown your way. You can start a beautiful exercise program, you
Unknown:can start a new hobby, you can start creating a new job for
Unknown:yourself. You can jump into a new relationship. But if you
Unknown:have not developed a strong sense of self if you don't have
Unknown:a backbone, so to say you cannot expect any good results. You
Unknown:need to have a strong sense of self you need to know who you
Unknown:are, where you belong to, who you can trust, who you should
Unknown:not trust, what you want, what you desire, what you don't want,
Unknown:what your limits are, what your boundaries are. If you don't
Unknown:know there is no point in starting something new there is
Unknown:no point in you getting off your couch. You might as well stay
Unknown:stay on your couch and watch Netflix documentaries and learn
Unknown:more. While doing that. Then if you were to start Something,
Unknown:invest so much time and energy and especially effort and
Unknown:sleepless nights. To then realize that you feel not worthy
Unknown:of having a healthy relationship of having a job that satisfy
Unknown:satisfies, satisfies you sorry, of not having the friendships
Unknown:that you wish you had, and so on. And especially when it comes
Unknown:to your physical health, I see so many people having beautiful
Unknown:goals towards the end of the year and January 1, they're
Unknown:going to start with their New Year's resolution. Well, guess
Unknown:what, if I was to talk to them, each one of them now, July 31,
Unknown:coming up, I will would not be surprised that none of them was
Unknown:successful with their New Year's resolution. Most people give up
Unknown:after the first obstacle has been thrown at them after, you
Unknown:know, the first class at the gym. That didn't feel perfect.
Unknown:Because obstacles and failures that, by the way, are completely
Unknown:natural and will always exist. But in a person that feels
Unknown:unworthy obstacles and failure will feel like a confirmation
Unknown:that they're not deserving. Oh, yeah. But I told you, I'm not
Unknown:gonna start a business. And now I started a business and a
Unknown:failed because this and that come up. And it was difficult.
Unknown:And it confirms to me that I am not an entrepreneur, I can't do
Unknown:this. So a person who stays in their comfort zone who stays
Unknown:unsuccessful, so to say is going to see any obstacle, any
Unknown:difficult situation, any backlash, any setback, as a
Unknown:prove that they are not worthy. And then they throw the towel
Unknown:and so my sweetheart, my sweet listener was so much love, I
Unknown:just want to tell you before you start anything, or maybe even
Unknown:before you continue living life, make sure that you like
Unknown:yourself. Make sure that you do everything in your power to
Unknown:understand your limits your limiting beliefs, and your fears
Unknown:your resistance to stuff and become radically honest, become
Unknown:a detective that wants to know who you are what you're made of.
Unknown:And if you are in a relationship already, if you are married
Unknown:already, and there is no way out and but right now you feel
Unknown:stuck, you feel lost, you feel uncomfortable in your situation,
Unknown:do it anyways, because yeah, you have your marriage already. But
Unknown:it will improve. Maybe it's not really satisfying for you how it
Unknown:is right now. The more you know yourself, the more you know what
Unknown:you want in life, the better. Everything around you is going
Unknown:to be there is it can't be any other way. So to become more and
Unknown:more self aware, step by step bit by bit, cutting through your
Unknown:bullshit, cutting through stuff that doesn't serve you anymore,
Unknown:such as limiting beliefs, and fears and maybe even friends and
Unknown:family that keep pulling you down and keep confirming to you
Unknown:that yeah, you shouldn't have tried to get out of the family
Unknown:system to break out of the friend circle because you're
Unknown:useless anyways. You belong to us. Well, no. You're your
Unknown:health, your happiness, your contentment belongs to you and I
Unknown:want you to take it in in your hands and to not wait a second
Unknown:longer. You need to find out what it is that keeps you stuck.
Unknown:That keeps you in fear and resentment and anger towards
Unknown:others. No outside circumstance stances can dictate your fate.
Unknown:You have it in your hands, I can give you so many examples of
Unknown:people that people that were in excruciating pain in such weird
Unknown:situations where you would think as a normal thinking person, you
Unknown:would think no, there is no way out, they're gonna die. There is
Unknown:no way out. And they made it through. Because they believed
Unknown:in themselves, they knew they're worse, and they took the steps
Unknown:that it requires to keep on going even though life throws
Unknown:garbage at you. So I invite you to be that detective, I invite
Unknown:you to start working on yourself on yourself worth? Where do you
Unknown:get nervous? Where do you start? You know, sweating, stuttering,
Unknown:feeling anxious. towards what do you have immense resistance. And
Unknown:usually, once you inquire about that resistance, that fear you
Unknown:get to know yourself on a better on a deeper level. You get to
Unknown:know what the stuff is that you need to be working through. So
Unknown:I'll leave you with that. As always, with so much love, and
