and to be honest i don't care where you bring me it is just

want to talk about how should we call it failure on happiness

yeah do you set yourself up for unhappiness or do you live a

pretty content life i'm just drying off my nail polish i just

polished my nails because i realized oh during recording

here no one is gonna disturb me and my nail polish can dry

usually with good intent between yeah doing something else and

Unknown:

then i have to help my dogs i have to go clean something or

Unknown:

have to go do something and that ruins my nail polish so how do i

set myself up for a successful nail polish session i do it when

Unknown:

i know nothing is going to interrupt me and that's my

Unknown:

question for you today do you set yourself up for success in

Unknown:

life or for failure if you look at your state of contentment how

Unknown:

contend are you and how unhappy are you there's people out there

Unknown:

who have it all they have a house they have a relationship

Unknown:

they have a dog or some kind of pet they have always a full

Unknown:

fresh fridge full of food they have money in their bank account

Unknown:

they can travel they have lots of friends yet they still seem

Unknown:

unhappy and it's very fascinating because there's

Unknown:

people out there in india and africa and third world countries

Unknown:

who live on the streets and maybe never possessed a car or

Unknown:

something that you think brings so much joy and yet those people

Unknown:

are the happiest and most content and grateful for what

Unknown:

they have and why is that i think it happens early on that

Unknown:

we get programmed into what is happiness how is happiness

Unknown:

supposed to look like and what is unhappiness and it is not

Unknown:

that unhappy people want to be unhappy but sometimes when

Unknown:

unhappy people are in the same room with a happy person there's

Unknown:

like this dissonance i don't know if you say that in english

Unknown:

but it's like two nodes when you play the piano that absolutely

Unknown:

don't go together the happy person is like talking talking

Unknown:

talking and radiating and the unhappy person just sits there

Unknown:

and is judgmental and listens but as more opinionated than

Unknown:

anything else and why is that i believe strongly that a state of

Unknown:

happiness is like a radio wave that you tune yourself into or

Unknown:

like if you look at chemistry your body is in a very specific

Unknown:

chemical

Unknown:

composition. And people who constantly want to be in that

Unknown:

state of happiness know exactly how it feels, know exactly how

Unknown:

it gets disrupted. And they do everything to stay in that

Unknown:

state. And they're successful at it. And so they attract even

Unknown:

more goodness and more success and more wealth into their life.

Unknown:

And if there's people out there who went through depression, or

Unknown:

a phase of disappointments, and hurt, and wounds, not healing

Unknown:

properly or fast enough, then that person too, is vibrating on

Unknown:

a certain radio wave, and has that certain chemical

Unknown:

composition in their blood in their system, that kind of keeps

Unknown:

them in that state, their thoughts are more dark and

Unknown:

negative. And as I said earlier, when they see a person that is

Unknown:

vibrating at a higher energy, they kind of look down to them

Unknown:

and see them living in a Mickey Mouse Disneyland world instead

Unknown:

of reality. And those people have it extremely hard to get

Unknown:

out of that state, because they keep attracting people in that

Unknown:

vibrate at that same state, and then kind of confirmed to them

Unknown:

that life is hard, and life will always break your neck. And

Unknown:

yeah, you will be happy. But every two years on happiness

Unknown:

will come over you and destroy everything again. So if you find

Unknown:

yourself being a person who is tending to be more negative, and

Unknown:

attracting more shady situations in your life, meditation is

Unknown:

really something that can help you out there and can get you

Unknown:

out of that chemistry state or that radio wave, you will begin

Unknown:

to observe yourself, observe your thoughts especially and you

Unknown:

will see how in some situations you will be negative right away,

Unknown:

you will slide into a depressive mode or into a self destructive

Unknown:

mode. And if you become aware of that, then you can make a choice

Unknown:

and next time, see it as two pathway or kind of a junction

Unknown:

where you decide to not go the regular road but to decide to go

Unknown:

and more clear and happy road than you used to. So meditation

Unknown:

is all about observing and knowing yourself. And can you

Unknown:

imagine if you were to know yourself 100% would you not make

Unknown:

better decisions? Would you not be with a partner that totally

Unknown:

matches you? Would you not be happy at work and happy with

Unknown:

your friendships and everything you have? I believe so. The more

Unknown:

we know ourselves, the better person we can be out there, the

Unknown:

better we can support others to do the same. It is so easy to

Unknown:

blame the outside it is so so easy to blame your partner, your

Unknown:

children, your circumstances even. But if you start to look

Unknown:

at yourself and see what decisions you make, on a daily

Unknown:

basis, you can very quickly see that you can correct it and

Unknown:

change it and start navigating into a new direction a direction

Unknown:

that is good for you. And that brings you peace, happiness. I'm

Unknown:

getting really emotional about that topic because for the

Unknown:

longest time I've been in a dark place and I know exactly how it

Unknown:

feels and how hopeless and powerless

Unknown:

we can feel at times. But really when you see your thoughts

Unknown:

floating by and don't engage in the usual blah, blah blah and

Unknown:

make it a choice that you want to be happy that you want to see

Unknown:

good and people that you want to trust that you want to be

Unknown:

successful that you want to go out there and radiate goodness

Unknown:

so that people come and support you and want to be surround you

Unknown:

instead of whining and like living and discontentment and

Unknown:

pushing people away because they don't understand you anyway if

Unknown:

you really learn to understand yourself you will also

Unknown:

communicate differently you will know your limits you will know

Unknown:

your boundaries and you will know how to communicate them so

Unknown:

that other people understand them and in doing so people will

Unknown:

start to treat you differently it is such a beautiful beautiful

Unknown:

thing to observe when people start knowing themselves and

Unknown:

really tell people to eff off and to stand up for themselves

Unknown:

and i said yeah eff off not meaning to be rude and using

Unknown:

swear words now but to be very clear what you need in your life

Unknown:

and what you don't can imagine a life like that yeah i hope that

Unknown:

episode was not too chaotic i felt a huge need to talk about

Unknown:

it today and it will only be the first episode about that topic

because i have more to say about this but for now i just want you

to look at yourself and see with everything you have at night do

Unknown:

you go to bed and can be grateful for every single thing

person circumstance you have in your life or do you go to bed

with a discontent mind and then wake up in the morning with a

Unknown:

discontent mind it all starts in the mind and if we can achieve

Unknown:

that you go to bed at night with a grateful soul and mind then a

Unknown:

huge positive change can be brought into your life very very

Unknown:

Trust me I’m far from feeling, behaving or being perfect.
Perfection is nothing I’m thriving for yet I can say I’m proud of my path/ life journey.

I'm no longer enslaved to my #depression
I'm no longer a #rapevictim
I no longer struggle with #eatingdisorder
I no longer feel the need to hold on to fear, anger and resentment towards men.
I #create podcast episodes and videos several times a week to support and inspire others even on days I feel poorly.
I push through hard times while being gentle on myself.

I'm able to be consistent without feeling drained for the first time in my life because I found something that brings me joy and excitement and stills my hunger to support people out there.

I try my best to understand people’s harsh opinions that are not in alignment with my values .

I learn every day on how to express myself better in a foreign language

I no longer use being bullied back then in school as an excuse in life to not show up for myself or others.

I ask questions, really annoying questions, in order to experience my environment and to find out what is best for me and my people around me ..
Yes, I still feel triggered in many situations.
Yes, I feel depressed and discouraged at times but I embrace it and don’t let it define me anymore.

Doing all this allows me to meet incredible people along the way.

People who:

- encourage me and ignite my deep compassion

Hello there,
Born and raised in Germany under the influence of French culture I got a taste of how people perceive life and situations totally differently depending on how and where they grew up. this ignited my deepest curiosity for human behaviour at a very young age.

Being always more of an introvert and observant child I absorbed a lot of stuff that to this day weigh heavy on my soul but on the bright side I can say that these experiences make me relate so much deeper and better to the people around me.

I understand pain. I know suffering. I know how it feels to feel misunderstood.
People say I have a warm, soothing vibe and I enjoyed many years working as a physiotherapist in Germany.

Today I’m more venturing towards bringing healing through podcasting/ Life coaching and yoga. I also encourage people to spend more time out in nature and have a Yurt set up in our forest where I host regular relaxation classes.

I would like to call myself a perception shifter because this is what helped me on my path of (ongoing) healing - I’d love to offer perception shifting thoughts/views in order to make people feel more real and their life easier and their relationships deeper.

I’m also passionate about bringing awareness to locally grown food to people’s table as I’m certain that feeling empowered and real starts with what you nurture your body with and what you absorb with all senses from your environment on a daily basis .

I live in the Rocky Mountains
Raise a couple chickens Free range for eggs and grow a beautiful vegetable garden with my grandmother, fiance and mother in summer.

Podcasting became my passion because I can reach people all over the world- Give hope, make people feel less lonely and self-empowered. Furthermore the interviews with people from around the world expand my horizon and help me heal my soul.
