Thursday morning. I just took care of my chickens and had

breakfast it and now I decided to post meditation for you on

Unknown:

effortlessness. So jump into your comfy clothing. Pause me

Unknown:

for a second if you want to change your clothing.

Unknown:

Find a comfortable seat.

Unknown:

Adjust your position over your pelvis, rolling your sit bones

Unknown:

back and forth back and forth until you feel your spine is

Unknown:

straight, without too much effort from the muscles.

Unknown:

If you feel like laying down on your floor today, then just do

Unknown:

that. Preferably in a quiet room where you can be undisturbed for

Unknown:

the next 10 to 15 minutes.

Unknown:

When you see it,

Unknown:

roll your shoulders up and back.

Unknown:

Tuck your chin slightly to elongate your neck.

Unknown:

And if you feel like it today, close your eyes.

Unknown:

If you decided to lay down on the floor,

Unknown:

then please feel gravity taken over and let your body sink into

Unknown:

the floor.

Unknown:

Enough for everybody.

relax your jaw. Relax the little muscles around your eyes, your

forehead.

Unknown:

Must be a squirrel

and then tune in to your breath.

Big inhale

and exhale

Inhale

and exhale.

Now notice what's happening

while you're breathing, your heart is beating

I can always feel my heartbeat way better when I breathe like

that

very intensely. And then your ribs are lifting up

when you hear now

Unknown:

and when you exhale, they kind of get small again

Unknown:

now in your solar plexus area, so just above your navel

Unknown:

underneath your sternum in that area. Imagine a big yellow sun

me you're doing this meditation in the evening.

Then I want you to let go of everything that was going on

Unknown:

today. Be it good or bad.

Unknown:

And go off tension.

Unknown:

Let go of shoulda, coulda,

Unknown:

woulda, wood.

Unknown:

Having to do lists

Unknown:

focus on that sun

Unknown:

just above your navel.

Unknown:

And then deeply breathing into that area. You give that sun

energy

Unknown:

and that energy warms you up. relaxes you

Unknown:

if you're busy little monkey mind comes into play now and

Unknown:

wonders. How long is that going to take or I want to do

Unknown:

something now.

Unknown:

Once instead or

Unknown:

actually want to lay down and not sit up straight, just let

Unknown:

that go

Unknown:

acknowledge the thoughts that come up

Unknown:

but don't follow them into the wrap

Unknown:

your hands can be placed on your size

Unknown:

palm down for more grounding palm up for more receiving

Unknown:

opening up

Unknown:

or if you feel you really need to connect to your heart today

Unknown:

then bring your hands in prayer position in front of your heart

Unknown:

and press your thumbs into your heart

Unknown:

inhale and exhale

Unknown:

know that you're doing great

Unknown:

know that you can let go for a moment

Unknown:

know that people will always judge you no matter what. If you

do your best they will judge you. If you don't do well, they

Unknown:

will certainly judge you.

So might as well just sink into your unique energy

and live from the heart and do really what you feel is the

right thing to do

that go of punishing yourself for past mistakes

imagine you're being forgiven

Unknown:

and you're the only one that has to forgive.

Again, relax your face.

Unknown:

Sometimes when the monkey mind comes up

we have thoughts that are intense that come up

you don't realize how muscles in our face start

working again

release

come back to breath.

When we do things with effortlessness with lightness,

pure place called the heart

Unknown:

a message is being received so much better.

Unknown:

Then when we try to influence and

do all the heavy lifting

FLT effortlessness is also very attractive so to say

because we live in a very fast paced,

Unknown:

intense society.

So, if you can be the one that radiates calm

Trust me I’m far from feeling, behaving or being perfect.
Perfection is nothing I’m thriving for yet I can say I’m proud of my path/ life journey.

I'm no longer enslaved to my #depression
I'm no longer a #rapevictim
I no longer struggle with #eatingdisorder
I no longer feel the need to hold on to fear, anger and resentment towards men.
I #create podcast episodes and videos several times a week to support and inspire others even on days I feel poorly.
I push through hard times while being gentle on myself.

I'm able to be consistent without feeling drained for the first time in my life because I found something that brings me joy and excitement and stills my hunger to support people out there.

I try my best to understand people’s harsh opinions that are not in alignment with my values .

I learn every day on how to express myself better in a foreign language

I no longer use being bullied back then in school as an excuse in life to not show up for myself or others.

I ask questions, really annoying questions, in order to experience my environment and to find out what is best for me and my people around me ..
Yes, I still feel triggered in many situations.
Yes, I feel depressed and discouraged at times but I embrace it and don’t let it define me anymore.

Doing all this allows me to meet incredible people along the way.

Hello there,
Born and raised in Germany under the influence of French culture I got a taste of how people perceive life and situations totally differently depending on how and where they grew up. this ignited my deepest curiosity for human behaviour at a very young age.

Being always more of an introvert and observant child I absorbed a lot of stuff that to this day weigh heavy on my soul but on the bright side I can say that these experiences make me relate so much deeper and better to the people around me.

I understand pain. I know suffering. I know how it feels to feel misunderstood.
People say I have a warm, soothing vibe and I enjoyed many years working as a physiotherapist in Germany.

Today I’m more venturing towards bringing healing through podcasting/ Life coaching and yoga. I also encourage people to spend more time out in nature and have a Yurt set up in our forest where I host regular relaxation classes.

I would like to call myself a perception shifter because this is what helped me on my path of (ongoing) healing - I’d love to offer perception shifting thoughts/views in order to make people feel more real and their life easier and their relationships deeper.

I’m also passionate about bringing awareness to locally grown food to people’s table as I’m certain that feeling empowered and real starts with what you nurture your body with and what you absorb with all senses from your environment on a daily basis .

I live in the Rocky Mountains
Raise a couple chickens Free range for eggs and grow a beautiful vegetable garden with my grandmother, fiance and mother in summer.

Podcasting became my passion because I can reach people all over the world- Give hope, make people feel less lonely and self-empowered. Furthermore the interviews with people from around the world expand my horizon and help me heal my soul.
