This is so attractive and absolutely unique !!!
Do yourself good / physical self care is a must
Have a bath
Truly enjoy and appreciate what you have and what you want and need to have in your life will follow
Watch what you consume
You become what you consume through your eyes, mouth, ears
How do you want to feel ?
Confident ?
You built confidence by pursuing something that lights you up AND forces you little by little out of your comfort zone
When it comes to being attractive to the outside world
Yes people are attracted to handsome muscles
Yes people are attracted to money
Yes people are attracted to boldness and courage
You can be that person from today on !!
IT IS FROM THE INSIDE OUT THAT YOU WILL BUILD YOUR ATTRACTIVENESS !!!

Hello, hello, and welcome to the Borealis
Unknown:experience. I'm your host Aurora, life coach and companion
Unknown:on this beautiful journey called life. And so happy to be
Unknown:spending some time with you. And I'm so grateful to have you
Unknown:here.
Unknown:I hope you feel safe, I hope you feel relaxed outfit you feel
Unknown:content. And if you don't, then I hope that this episode will
Unknown:bring you peace and value and
Unknown:you being able to recharge your batteries.
Unknown:Relaxing, being able to relax, is going to become a very, very
Unknown:highly prized activity here in the future, I have a feeling
Unknown:if you don't know how to relax, if you don't know how to let go,
Unknown:you will hold that tension you will build up
Unknown:energy inside of you and
Unknown:energy has to flow. And if it gets stuck inside of you, if you
Unknown:can release it, then sickness can arise, or depression
Unknown:or other stuff that you really don't want in your life. So it
Unknown:is really important to find out ways on how you can relax best
Unknown:in the most nurturing and beneficial way possible.
Unknown:Today, I want to talk about you being 100% You feeling
Unknown:attractive, you feeling confident, you just simply
Unknown:feeling good about yourself.
Unknown:All too often I see people and I just think to myself, hey, that
Unknown:person really has good potential, hey, that person is
Unknown:really attractive.
Unknown:Hey, that person must be so confident with everything they
Unknown:have accomplished.
Unknown:And then you scratch a little bit at the surface and you you
Unknown:know, get into a conversation, start asking questions, go
Unknown:beyond small talk. And you find out that person is really not
Unknown:happy with herself.
Unknown:That person is super successful, but he's so judgmental and harsh
Unknown:with himself.
Unknown:Or this person over there is super attractive and is probably
Unknown:super confident. She looks like she has it all and more than I
Unknown:have.
Unknown:But no, you ask her. And she doesn't feel that way. She
Unknown:perceives herself very differently than how the
Unknown:external world is perceiving her.
Unknown:So this is why I want to talk about this today. And I'm going
Unknown:to take a little break here now because the wind is really
Unknown:picking up in the background.
Unknown:And I want to make sure you can relax and not feel agitated by
Unknown:this wind.
Unknown:So the first thing I can say
Unknown:to like a tool that truly works when it comes to feeling better
Unknown:about yourself is to start
Unknown:taking genuine care of your body. And what I mean by that is
Unknown:that You are mindful and present with what you consume on a daily
Unknown:basis.
Unknown:Through your mouth, through your eyes, through your ears, through
Unknown:sensations like physical touch
Unknown:and how you consume it so not only
Unknown:what you eat, for example, but how do you eat it. There's so
Unknown:many health buffs out there and they talk about Yeah, you having
Unknown:to drink more water you having to eat less chocolate, you
Unknown:having to eat more greens, blah, blah, blah. We know all this
Unknown:already. And if you want to look up health tips, there is so much
Unknown:out there that could be the right thing for you. What is
Unknown:important for me to talk about with you today is how we consume
Unknown:it. So let's stay with food. The example of eating How do you
Unknown:eat? How do you prepare the food? are you grateful for the
Unknown:food that you eat?
Unknown:shoved into your face or face. Or are you very mindful about
Unknown:cooking it and preparing it. And then you make it really a
Unknown:celebration of gratitude and nourishing experience for all
Unknown:senses. You know, even the way I talk about it, now you can feel
Unknown:and and hear that it is very different for your body for your
Unknown:soul, if you just eat something on the go, or if you make the
Unknown:time to sit down
Unknown:with yourself or with a loved one, and to then celebrate your
Unknown:meal, you will see such beautiful changes. Once you
Unknown:become more mindful with how you eat,
Unknown:it will affect your confidence, it will affect your health, it
Unknown:will affect your relationships. And
Unknown:now you can say what it's just about eating Yeah, I know, I
Unknown:gotta eat three times a day or two times a day. But the way I
Unknown:eat really has such a big impact on my life. Yes, it does. It is
Unknown:the little things are the big things that we do on a daily
Unknown:basis that will shape our mind that will shape our body that
Unknown:truly and shape our relationships. It is from the
Unknown:inside out that you want to be confident, right? You don't want
Unknown:to be that chick who puts on tons of makeup and is like super
Unknown:literate about
Unknown:beauty tips and stuff. But on the inside, you feel hollow and
Unknown:dead and super ugly. No, you don't want to be that chick. And
Unknown:you also don't want to be that guy who runs to the gym five
Unknown:times a week to have these awesome muscles and you look
Unknown:great in the mirror. But when you go on a date, when you go
Unknown:outside your little box
Unknown:and mingle with people, you actually feel super awkward and
Unknown:weird, and not good about yourself at all, even though you
Unknown:look attractive.
Unknown:So it is how you make your bed. It is how you brush your teeth.
Unknown:It is how you have a shower
Unknown:that will shape how you feel inside. You know if we do things
Unknown:repetitively in a rash, without big consideration, and it has to
Unknown:be done. I have to get this done because otherwise I'm not going
Unknown:to function otherwise I'm going to fall apart.
Unknown:It is the way we approach things that these things will either
Unknown:turn into a must do. Or into a yes, I want to do this for
Unknown:myself because I'm Absa fuckin lewdly worth it.
Unknown:And again, in the tone of my voice, you can hear that a
Unknown:person who is truly attractive truly content with her or
Unknown:himself
Unknown:is
Unknown:feeling worthy.
Unknown:Making the time
Unknown:making the time to enjoy the little things.
Unknown:And other things thing that will make you feel super attractive,
Unknown:is if you find a hobby, even better if it's a job, but a
Unknown:hobby is
Unknown:awesome enough already, that you can totally immerse yourself
Unknown:and.
Unknown:And it can be everything that you can think of.
Unknown:If you put your focus into it, if you have that drive to become
Unknown:better if you have that passion, if you you know wake up in the
Unknown:morning and it just lights you up to know that you can engage
Unknown:in that activity. Again, this is the activity you should actively
Unknown:pursue.
Unknown:And another thing that I want to add to that is if that active
Unknown:activity happened to serve a bigger purpose
Unknown:if it happens to serve other people
Unknown:right outside of your bubble,
Unknown:or even humanity
Unknown:if that activity is simply bigger than yourself, you know
Unknown:on a day where you just feel like I have a headache or
Unknown:today I don't really have a time the time for it.
Unknown:But you could do it
Unknown:anyways, this is an activity that you should cling on to with
Unknown:your life.
Unknown:You know, these videos who receive like over millions of
Unknown:clicks on YouTube, of, you know, street sweepers or
Unknown:people have McDonald's or, you know, jobs that people in
Unknown:general look down
Unknown:to.
Unknown:But you see the people in the videos who are truly enjoying
Unknown:themselves, and they, you know, they engage in the activity,
Unknown:because they know, it serves a bigger purpose. They love what
Unknown:they do so much because they know, it serves a bigger
Unknown:purpose. And that is so incredibly attractive.
Unknown:Another thing that is so beautiful to see and to watch is
Unknown:when someone is in a state of flow, and again, it doesn't
Unknown:matter what it is, is it a chess player? Is it a swimmer? Is it a
Unknown:tree climber? Is it a tennis player? Is it a musician? Is it
Unknown:a magician? Is it a mechanic,
Unknown:I think you know what I mean. But
Unknown:let's say it differently, that person is describing something
Unknown:to you, or demonstrating something to you. And they have
Unknown:this spark, they have this
Unknown:electricity, they have that, you know, ecstatic feeling that
Unknown:sparks over to you.
Unknown:When they just talk about it, they're super excited about
Unknown:something. And for you, as a listener, you either can totally
Unknown:relate and you're like, Yeah, this is how I totally feel about
Unknown:it, too. Or no, no, no, I don't fucking get why you can be so
Unknown:excited about it. But I just love your energy about this. And
Unknown:I want, I want that too, right. So this is super attractive,
Unknown:when someone can be a super nerd about something, and so excited.
Unknown:And again, if that's something that the person is excited
Unknown:about, serves other people can help other people to do the
Unknown:same, to heal, to grow to learn whatever it is, it is so
Unknown:incredibly attractive.
Unknown:So I want you to take a moment now
Unknown:and to think about,
Unknown:if you can apply what I'm saying here.
Unknown:And I want you to close your eyes. Of course not. If you're
Unknown:driving or operating machinery, please don't do that. But if
Unknown:he's sitting on your couch,
Unknown:I want you to think about this. Like,
Unknown:do you really think that attractiveness is only how you
Unknown:look like?
Unknown:Don't you know that you have so much to offer and maybe you're
Unknown:just not, you know, quite ready to share it with the world yet.
Unknown:One sentence that I absolutely hate to hear
Unknown:is you're not living up to your potential, you have so much to
Unknown:offer to this world. Yet, you are not living up to your
Unknown:potential. This is such
Unknown:a crazy mean sentence. And I know people will say that mean
Unknown:that good.
Unknown:Intentions are awesome.
Unknown:But some of the worst paths that people have worked, walked here
Unknown:on planet earth were paved with good intentions.
Unknown:If you are not ready to shine your light yet, if you have to
Unknown:do some healing first, some forgiving first.
Unknown:Then acceptance
Unknown:is your best friend. And your most attractive tool. You know
Unknown:to to know for yourself, hey, this is where I'm at right now.
Unknown:I'm broke. I'm addicted. I'm
Unknown:not taking good care of my body.
Unknown:I'm not making time for my friends. I'm an asshole to my
Unknown:relatives. This swim ad right now.
Unknown:I see it. I accept it. But I don't want to sit in it for much
Unknown:longer. I want to change it. I want to make a difference.
Unknown:I want to feel better about myself.
Unknown:Then this is so absolutely valid. And then you're going to
Unknown:make baby steps.
Unknown:towards betterment, you're going to slowly but surely, take
Unknown:better care of yourself, because you will start to learn how
Unknown:endlessly precious and worthy you are.
Unknown:Another thing that is totally attractive
Unknown:is boundaries, being able to set boundaries. And if you're the
Unknown:absolute people pleaser, it will hurt at the beginning, it will
Unknown:feel super awkward because you're so used to serving others
Unknown:and pleasing others and all that jazz. But then also I can tell
Unknown:you, you're probably that person who gets left for the hassle
Unknown:down the street or for a person who is rarely, rarely, you know
Unknown:certain about how they feel about themselves. What do you
Unknown:communicate when you are an absolute people pleaser? Is that
Unknown:Yeah, you are serving other people. But also, yeah, you can
Unknown:get trampled all over and you are replaceable. Sorry to say
Unknown:that, but this is what people make of it. And I'm sure that
Unknown:you can nod
Unknown:and say yes to what I just said to that harsh reality.
Unknown:So a person
Unknown:is being left for an asshole. And then yeah, look at the
Unknown:person who left you. Sometimes they confuse someone being
Unknown:confident and having boundaries with an asshole, which is their
Unknown:problem. But when it comes to you, please know that for a
Unknown:person who is getting to know you, or knows you better longer
Unknown:to learn what your boundaries are to know what you're no is to
Unknown:know what you absolutely yes, is so incredibly sexy.
Unknown:Someone who tells you no is not someone who rejects you.
Unknown:It is someone who tells you, hey, this is what I want to be.
Unknown:And this is how I want to.
Unknown:Sorry, not what I want to be, but this is how I want to be
Unknown:treated. And I want to be in a relationship with you. But I
Unknown:want you to respect this boundary.
Unknown:Of course, there's compromises and all of that, but to know
Unknown:where your limits are, is incredibly attractive, and is
Unknown:going to attract people to you because this means that they
Unknown:themselves are also allowed to set boundaries with you, and in
Unknown:turn are able to be totally authentic. And this creates
Unknown:trustworthiness. And trustworthiness is one of the
Unknown:sexiest things that there is on planet Earth.
Unknown:I quickly want to dive into a female's experience of life.
Unknown:And this is just me and my experience. And it might apply
Unknown:to many, many women out there as well. But I don't want to
Unknown:generalize too much, although I love doing that.
Unknown:A woman wants to feel safe. I want to want a woman wants to
Unknown:know that she is with a man that is respected in society.
Unknown:So if you can be trustworthy, if you can have you know your edges
Unknown:if you can have your own hobby,
Unknown:your focus, your determination
Unknown:then you have everything to feel attractive for yourself. And
Unknown:this will
Unknown:shine through your eyes throughout the shine through
Unknown:your movement. shine through your words and you can be your
Unknown:most attractive version that you want to be that you can be
Unknown:alright, I'm very very excited all of a sudden to publish this
