Published on: 6th December, 2021

Being at war with women ..

Many of us are at war with our feminine side.

Stay with me :) I won't get too spiritual here, i promise.

How can we make peace with ourselves.

How can we appreciate ourselves.

How can we forgive ourselves.

How can we embrace how we feel in the moment without becoming a total victim of strong emotions

I'm excited to kick start season 6 where I will ask women how they made peace with themselves, other women and men .

Lots of love and respect

Unknown:

Hello, hello, and welcome to the Borealis

Unknown:

experience. I'm your host Aurora, and I'm very happy to be

Unknown:

spending some time with you today.

Unknown:

episode one of season six. Wow, I'm so excited

Unknown:

to be launching this new season every season has, yeah, its own

Unknown:

touch. And let's see what the season is going to be about and

Unknown:

how it's going to serve you. Help you heal, recover, let go.

Unknown:

Move on.

Unknown:

Yes, all of the above.

Unknown:

I want to create a space for you where you can rest and recharge

Unknown:

your batteries and reconnect to yourself and be stronger, more

Unknown:

resilient. In the video, a person that is driven by love

Unknown:

and compassion

Unknown:

with an open mind and open heart,

Unknown:

men and women

Unknown:

all together in this.

Unknown:

And I must say my main focus is actually to

Unknown:

better the relationship between men and women and to address the

Unknown:

tensions that I can feel

Unknown:

in society right now.

Unknown:

Today, I want to talk about how you can heal your relationship

Unknown:

to women.

Unknown:

And you don't necessarily have to be a man who was heartbroken.

Unknown:

Like disappointed by a woman once you can be a girl who was

Unknown:

heard by girlfriends or disappointed by their mom or

Unknown:

grandma.

Unknown:

It doesn't actually matter which gender you are,

Unknown:

how you identify because we both

Unknown:

not we both but we have both energies within us and bear with

Unknown:

me, I'm not gonna get too spiritual. But

Unknown:

this is for me, the easiest way to describe it, there is a

Unknown:

driven force of force that longs for structure that pushes

Unknown:

forward

Unknown:

roaming within us. And then there is a force that is very

Unknown:

nurturing and receptive, intuitive.

Unknown:

And I just like to describe, or to label these energies as

Unknown:

masculine and feminine.

Unknown:

And again, it doesn't matter

Unknown:

in which body you were born, we have both energies

Unknown:

and lots of more energies

Unknown:

roaming inside of us, but those two energies is what I want to

Unknown:

talk about today. So you will see women and society who are

Unknown:

very driven very heavy, very

Unknown:

you know, elbow II

Unknown:

they are

Unknown:

yeah, sometimes even aggressive. Is it

Unknown:

active aggression or passive aggression.

Unknown:

And these women, I want to say have learned that they have to

Unknown:

adapt to the masculine in order to survive and society in order

Unknown:

to get shit done.

Unknown:

But those women aren't necessarily happier than other

Unknown:

women who choose to stay in their feminine and choose to

Unknown:

live a life of nurturing and receiving and creating. And I'll

Unknown:

get don't get me wrong, these power driven people also get

Unknown:

lots done. But I want to talk about the people who are out of

Unknown:

balance who neglect their feminine side, and I pulled out

Unknown:

this first example because it happens in both in men and then

Unknown:

women and more and more. We drift into, yeah, this masculine

Unknown:

energy, where we're only pushing forward

Unknown:

And we're proud of being exhausted, we're proud of

Unknown:

hitting burnout, we're proud of achieving and accomplishing so

Unknown:

much. And to be emotional, to be intuitive, to be quiet, is not

Unknown:

as valued as you would think it is.

Unknown:

When we feel our emotions when we have our mood swings,

Unknown:

especially as women who are

Unknown:

on their natural cycle, we see that as inconvenience.

Unknown:

And same goes for men, when men are

Unknown:

reacting in an emotional way.

Unknown:

When men are expressing themselves.

Unknown:

Like on a more feely level, we see it as a weakness instead of

Unknown:

strength. And there is a beautiful shift happening right

Unknown:

now. And I just want to keep pushing for that beautiful

Unknown:

shift.

Unknown:

Because I feel it is very important for all of us, to come

Unknown:

back to our intuition and to feel what is right and to learn

Unknown:

to distinguish what is not so good for us and what is good for

Unknown:

us. And that is what your intuitive side is here for.

Unknown:

Now, when we want to talk about how to heal your relationship

Unknown:

with women,

Unknown:

it's not a surprise for you, maybe if you have listened to my

Unknown:

podcast, for a little while now, it starts with you

Unknown:

know, how does it start with you because those women are outside

Unknown:

of yourself. They might be even not really in your life at the

Unknown:

moment because you still resent them, you cut them out of your

Unknown:

life and you don't want nothing to do with them.

Unknown:

But what I mean by

Unknown:

when I say

Unknown:

it starts with you

Unknown:

is that you have to start to forgive yourself. You have to

Unknown:

start and sit with your emotions, when you feel

Unknown:

something, nobody else is gonna do it for you. You have to do it

Unknown:

for yourself.

Unknown:

Because if you live a life of constant masculinity, you know

Unknown:

pushy energy, chances are that your relationships with women

Unknown:

with really feminine women is difficult as well because you're

Unknown:

not going to accept their femininity, if they start

Unknown:

expressing themselves as if they start to be intuitive,

Unknown:

sensitive,

Unknown:

you know, very sensual,

Unknown:

you will want to abuse that you will want to suppress it,

Unknown:

because it is something that you not allowing in yourself.

Unknown:

So how can we become

Unknown:

more at peace with a feminine energy?

Unknown:

I think

Unknown:

we just have to learn and take ourselves more seriously.

Unknown:

And what I mean by that is that we look at ourselves and start

Unknown:

accepting all parts.

Unknown:

We stop rejecting ourselves.

Unknown:

When we look into the mirror, for instance, or when we feel

Unknown:

emotions come up and it's an inconvenient point in life.

Unknown:

We started accepting that life is like the ocean you know it

Unknown:

comes and goes there's tidal waves, there's the tide.

Unknown:

There is all kinds of movements and change and adaptation.

Unknown:

Life is a flow

Unknown:

and not a stagnant pond.

Unknown:

You know life is like clouds. Like a river it floats by and

Unknown:

changes.

Unknown:

It's never the same from one second to the other. There's

Unknown:

always change happening and the feminine energy is very moody

Unknown:

and changes and that's why it also needs

Unknown:

The masculine to keep each other in check. And this is what I

Unknown:

emphasize in my podcast in my videos is that we need each

Unknown:

other. Of course you can all of a sudden become these super

Unknown:

emotional,

Unknown:

intuitive moods, swingy

Unknown:

personality, you need to keep yourself in check, but I feel

Unknown:

most of us, we keep ourselves too much and check. And we don't

Unknown:

allow playfulness, intuition.

Unknown:

Feelings to arise, we don't like this, we want to function we

Unknown:

want to be productive, we want to be effective. But it comes

Unknown:

with a cost, your soul will become sick of that.

Unknown:

If you take too much to an extreme.

Unknown:

You see, when I have my personal training clients or my coaching

Unknown:

clients,

Unknown:

I often realize that they're a little bit stuck

Unknown:

in the accomplishment, go goal driven energy. And I just need

Unknown:

to pull them a little bit further to the self care corner

Unknown:

to the corner where we allow flowing in movement and thoughts

Unknown:

and perception

Unknown:

and playfulness.

Unknown:

And most of the time, if not all of the time, those people are

Unknown:

being helped a lot already.

Unknown:

Yeah. So once you learn to accept yourself, and embrace

Unknown:

all the little bits that back in the day, you would have seen as

Unknown:

failures, you are making peace with your internal feminine.

Unknown:

And in doing so you will heal your relationships with the

Unknown:

women in your life.

Unknown:

Now, of course, if the women in your life are very heavy, and

Unknown:

masculine driven,

Unknown:

it will be tough because now all of a sudden you gotta be

Unknown:

challenging them. But that challenge is a good one for

Unknown:

them, I believe because it's going to inspire them to go a

Unknown:

similar path.

Unknown:

And when I say making peace with the women in your life, I don't

Unknown:

mean that you might get back with your ex or completely heal

Unknown:

your relationships with them. Because it is still their choice

Unknown:

and their decision. But for yourself for your own sake. You

Unknown:

will find peace

Unknown:

and your chest within yourself

Unknown:

you Yeah.

Unknown:

I think that was it for today.

Unknown:

I was at war with my feminine for the longest time. Many of

Unknown:

you know that I was raped when I was in my 20s and after that

Unknown:

I excessively worked out I was yeah, in relationships with men

Unknown:

but always managed to manipulate myself out to not really show up

Unknown:

as myself because

Unknown:

I was hurt back then I was abused and I was

Unknown:

now scared and felt I had to defend myself or it was all of

Unknown:

the time.

Unknown:

And that thinking

Unknown:

turned me into this more than necessary masculine woman.

Unknown:

And I kept driving my partner's away instead of towards me.

Unknown:

And once I've learned to embrace my feminine side, again, my

Unknown:

sensitive side and to be vulnerable again.

Unknown:

To respect my

Unknown:

intuition, to allow feelings to come up.

Unknown:

To know that I don't have to be strong all the time. I can be

Unknown:

soft and playful.

Unknown:

That was the time when I started healing.

Unknown:

And not only started healing from the inside, but I healed my

Unknown:

relay

Unknown:

ships with my girlfriends

Unknown:

and with the men in my life, my dad, my brother,

Unknown:

my guy friends.

Unknown:

And I was then able to start a beautiful nurturing relationship

Unknown:

with my boyfriend I have today.

Unknown:

So it is a really

Unknown:

valuable journey to address and to be on.

Unknown:

Because it's going to make your life

Unknown:

so much easier. In the end, it will be tough at times to be

Unknown:

vulnerable again, and to be sensitive and to show up as your

Unknown:

true self. Don't get me wrong, it's it's a lot of time you're

Unknown:

like, oh my god, what is this shit. So I thought it was an

Unknown:

easy path to surrender and to heal. But it is not. But it is

Unknown:

so worth it.

Unknown:

So I hope I was able to deliver this episode in a way that was

Unknown:

easy to understand and broad lots of

Unknown:

value to your life. Maybe a little bit of a new perspective

Unknown:

on on healing and approaching self care.

Unknown:

I would love to hear your comments. I would love to hear

Unknown:

what you think and where are you add I

Unknown:

am on your journey to recovery and healing.

Unknown:

Healing Your relationship with women.

Unknown:

Thank you so much for listening. I appreciate you so much.

Unknown:

And yeah, I'm very excited to be with you on this journey. If

Unknown:

ever you feel the need to. Yeah, talk to me personally and to

Unknown:

have someone hear you out and ask for advice or

Unknown:

have a different like perspective given then never

Unknown:

hesitate to contact me and we'll have a 60 minute coach call,

Unknown:

which is entirely free.

Unknown:

The first session is on me. And I bow down to your courage and

Unknown:

your willingness to change and to look at yourself and see what

Unknown:

potential is in there that we together can bring out.

Unknown:

Alright, until next time. Bye bye

A little bit about me
Trust me I’m far from feeling, behaving or being perfect.
Perfection is nothing I’m thriving for yet I can say I’m proud of my path/ life journey.

I'm no longer enslaved to my #depression
I'm no longer a #rapevictim
I no longer struggle with #eatingdisorder
I no longer feel the need to hold on to fear, anger and resentment towards men.
I #create podcast episodes and videos several times a week to support and inspire others even on days I feel poorly.
I push through hard times while being gentle on myself.

I'm able to be consistent without feeling drained for the first time in my life because I found something that brings me joy and excitement and stills my hunger to support people out there.

I try my best to understand people’s harsh opinions that are not in alignment with my values .

I learn every day on how to express myself better in a foreign language

I no longer use being bullied back then in school as an excuse in life to not show up for myself or others.

I ask questions, really annoying questions, in order to experience my environment and to find out what is best for me and my people around me ..
Yes, I still feel triggered in many situations.
Yes, I feel depressed and discouraged at times but I embrace it and don’t let it define me anymore.

Doing all this allows me to meet incredible people along the way.

People who:
- inspire me
- encourage me and ignite my deep compassion

I'm grateful for all of you and I’m so happy that I can learn from you and grow together with you .

We are all together in this beautiful mess called life
Thank you for being here

Profile picture for Aurora Eggert

Aurora Eggert

Hello there,
Born and raised in Germany under the influence of French culture I got a taste of how people perceive life and situations totally differently depending on how and where they grew up. this ignited my deepest curiosity for human behaviour at a very young age.

Being always more of an introvert and observant child I absorbed a lot of stuff that to this day weigh heavy on my soul but on the bright side I can say that these experiences make me relate so much deeper and better to the people around me.

I understand pain. I know suffering. I know how it feels to feel misunderstood.
People say I have a warm, soothing vibe and I enjoyed many years working as a physiotherapist in Germany.

Today I’m more venturing towards bringing healing through podcasting/ Life coaching and yoga. I also encourage people to spend more time out in nature and have a Yurt set up in our forest where I host regular relaxation classes.

I would like to call myself a perception shifter because this is what helped me on my path of (ongoing) healing - I’d love to offer perception shifting thoughts/views in order to make people feel more real and their life easier and their relationships deeper.

I’m also passionate about bringing awareness to locally grown food to people’s table as I’m certain that feeling empowered and real starts with what you nurture your body with and what you absorb with all senses from your environment on a daily basis .

I live in the Rocky Mountains
Raise a couple chickens Free range for eggs and grow a beautiful vegetable garden with my grandmother, fiance and mother in summer.

Podcasting became my passion because I can reach people all over the world- Give hope, make people feel less lonely and self-empowered. Furthermore the interviews with people from around the world expand my horizon and help me heal my soul.
Bonnie my pitbull is always at my side.
connect with me and share your story on my show .

Love ❤️
