Hello,

Unknown:

and welcome to the Borealis experience. My name is Aurora.

Unknown:

I'm so happy to have you. Today I want to talk about feeling

Unknown:

stuck. I think the COVID situation, wherever you live has

Unknown:

affected you. And I think we all felt pretty much stuck at one

Unknown:

point or the other. How did it make you feel? How did you cope

Unknown:

with it? Did you come up with creative aterna artists? Or was

Unknown:

depression creeping up? Surely but surely would surely. Yes,

Unknown:

COVID COVID 2020, we will not forget. So what do we do when we

Unknown:

feel stuck, we can feel stuck during COVID confinement just in

Unknown:

general in life can feel stuck in a job that we don't like. We

Unknown:

can feel stuck in a situation with a friend, again, is stuck

Unknown:

in a romantic relationship. And what are the things we can do?

Unknown:

When we feel stuck? I feel we first have to explore what we

Unknown:

might not be doing. And the consequences to feel stuck. I

Unknown:

feel that we're not living with our five senses. When we feel

Unknown:

stuck, we're focused so much on the thing that we don't like

Unknown:

that we forget to appreciate things with our whole body and

Unknown:

soul, and attention. Because if we would, it is less likely to

Unknown:

feel bored and stuck. I feel that if we feel stuck, we're not

Unknown:

100% honest with ourselves and not 100% expressing ourselves

Unknown:

expressing what we need. Because if we were to express full

Unknown:

heartedly, honestly, what we need, we wouldn't feel bored or

Unknown:

stuck. So what is it now that doesn't allow us to experience

Unknown:

life with our full senses. And that makes us feel as if we're

Unknown:

not being heard and understood. I think it is deep rooted

Unknown:

beliefs that hold us back in those moments. And it is an

Unknown:

attitude shift that we need in order to appreciate again, or

Unknown:

get out of the situation that we feel stuck in. So let's have a

Unknown:

look at an example here. Let's see a person who is in a job

Unknown:

working a job and is really not enjoying himself. He picked this

Unknown:

job because he got out of school and he has to make money. Plus,

Unknown:

he wants to be independent from his parents. And money just has

Unknown:

to come in order to have money to pay rent. So if you can hear

Unknown:

maybe in the tone of my voice already, he's making decisions.

Unknown:

And the intentions are how do you say practical? It makes

Unknown:

sense to an outsider. Yeah, of course. Well, you have to work

Unknown:

to make money and then pay your bills and blah, blah, blah. But

Unknown:

he's not making the decisions from the heart. He's making them

Unknown:

from the head from a rational space. If you were to make the

Unknown:

decision from the heart, he would work a job that doesn't

Unknown:

feel like a job, he gets up in the morning and loves going to

Unknown:

see his co workers and to get shit done. He loves what he's

Unknown:

doing. So that person is less likely to feel stuck, right?

Unknown:

Because he made a decision from the heart. He followed his

Unknown:

passion, and is radiating that beautiful energy. And this

Unknown:

attracts people. So people want to spend money on that person.

Unknown:

And that person is not going to feel stuck. It is the person who

Unknown:

makes rational decisions, practical decisions that are

Unknown:

only mind

Unknown:

driven.

Unknown:

Let's have a look at a relationship.

Unknown:

The

Unknown:

Flower Power, how do you say the lovey dovey I meant the lovey

Unknown:

dovey beginnings are over. And now you moved in together. And,

Unknown:

yeah, both have their routines, they're working routines. They

Unknown:

might have a little bit of a weekend routine there. Maybe

Unknown:

they share friends, maybe they'll keep the friends

Unknown:

separate.

Unknown:

And they're starting to feel stuck, or one of the two is

Unknown:

starting to feel stuck. So what would be an example for a person

Unknown:

who feels stuck in a relationship? Well, chances are,

Unknown:

that you chose your partner for the wrong reasons. It shows your

Unknown:

partner because you guys share similar problems, you guys share

Unknown:

similar pain, you guys share that you don't like to be alone.

Unknown:

You guys share that. We all have physical needs, and you just

Unknown:

happen to be able to get your physical needs done with each

Unknown:

other. But there's no real passion, there's no real love

Unknown:

there. There's no real understanding and supporting of

Unknown:

each other. It is kind of like a contract. And he lived together

Unknown:

because you got used to each other. And that's really it. And

Unknown:

to leave that person is going to be too painful because you share

Unknown:

so much, yet so little. But enough to make it very, very

Unknown:

uncomfortable to separate. So you still decide to stay in that

Unknown:

relationship and feel stuck. Is there a chance to revive if that

Unknown:

words exist in English. That relationship, I'm sure there's

Unknown:

options like you can totally have an attitude shift. If you

Unknown:

both want it, but you have to want it 100% if it's just one

Unknown:

person changing their attitude, then it's quickly going to get

Unknown:

boring again and very, very frustrating. Let's have a look

Unknown:

at the COVID confinement. You were a very social person,

Unknown:

social butterfly. So to say you had a job that was okay, helps

Unknown:

you to pay the bills, and you're like going and now all of a

Unknown:

sudden you're stuck at home and you're stuck with your thoughts.

Unknown:

You're stuck with your partner with your kids, maybe even just

Unknown:

gonna change my position here and move outside for some fresh

Unknown:

air. And yeah, now your thoughts keep racing now. You're trying

Unknown:

to compensate, you try to fill that void with something that

Unknown:

feels kind of good. So you're not flexing, you're maybe eating

Unknown:

a little more, maybe you start exercising, get really good at

Unknown:

exercising. But it's really, really annoying for you that you

Unknown:

can't go back to your social life and what you had before.

Unknown:

And there again, it is the mind that drives you crazy because if

Unknown:

you were living from the heart, you'd be okay with yourself. You

Unknown:

would come up with creative stuff that makes you feel good

Unknown:

and helps others to maybe you would be able to create stuff

Unknown:

that makes you feel purposeful and supports others at the same

Unknown:

time. You wouldn't be stuck in that thought pattern and that

Unknown:

frustrated of not being able to follow your daily life, how it

Unknown:

was before COVID I watched puppy a couple of weeks ago, a very,

Unknown:

very good movie on Netflix, a prison, prison life movie, so to

Unknown:

say. And it really, really made it so crystal clear for me that

Unknown:

if you manage to stay sane in your mind, if you manage to keep

Unknown:

yourself occupied and good with yourself and make meaningful

Unknown:

connections, then you can get through such harsh environment

Unknown:

situations. And I think COVID was perfect, perfect thing for

Unknown:

all of us to learn to be good with ourselves and to rethink

Unknown:

our lives and to reflect about our decision making. And to be

Unknown:

careful with our partners. Like before, we were maybe even kind

Unknown:

of avoiding each other. And now you're stuck with a person in

Unknown:

one house or one apartment. And you have to get along, you can't

Unknown:

just have a fight and then let it sit there, you have to

Unknown:

resolve it right away because you live together and you want

Unknown:

to have a good life. So maybe I drifted off a little bit here.

Unknown:

But I think you got my point when you live from the heart,

Unknown:

then it is less likely to feel bored and stuck. Because you

Unknown:

will always feel stimulated and good, you will always have

Unknown:

something to do and something to be excited about. When you live

Unknown:

from the head from the ego from your monkey mind. It will come

Unknown:

up with boredom, it will come up with very, very shitty decision

Unknown:

making, that you will regret one day just for the short term

Unknown:

excitement and distraction. So what I want to do here with my

Unknown:

blood podcast is to bring you back to your heart to live from

Unknown:

the heart. So that if ever there's another COVID or

Unknown:

something similar or something else very annoying, that you're

Unknown:

ready and more resilient. Thank you so much for listening to the

Unknown:

Borealis experience. I'm your host Aurora. And I'm very happy

Unknown:

to announce that I have a little website going right now. I

Unknown:

published it today. You can check it out on www the Borealis

Unknown:

experience.com and there's even a little Donate button. So if

Unknown:

you feel like buying me a coffee, then don't hold back.

Unknown:

The money will go into my next website project you for you to

Unknown:

create videos and yeah, have a platform where you can send in

Unknown:

requests or interact with me. Alright, take good care of

Unknown:

yourself. I'll be out there for you tomorrow.

Also..
A little bit about me
Trust me I’m far from feeling, behaving or being perfect.
Perfection is nothing I’m thriving for yet I can say I’m proud of my path/ life journey.

I'm no longer enslaved to my #depression
I'm no longer a #rapevictim
I no longer struggle with #eatingdisorder
I no longer feel the need to hold on to fear, anger and resentment towards men.
I #create podcast episodes and videos several times a week to support and inspire others even on days I feel poorly.
I push through hard times while being gentle on myself.

I'm able to be consistent without feeling drained for the first time in my life because I found something that brings me joy and excitement and stills my hunger to support people out there.

I try my best to understand people’s harsh opinions that are not in alignment with my values .

I learn every day on how to express myself better in a foreign language

I no longer use being bullied back then in school as an excuse in life to not show up for myself or others.

I ask questions, really annoying questions, in order to experience my environment and to find out what is best for me and my people around me ..
Yes, I still feel triggered in many situations.
Yes, I feel depressed and discouraged at times but I embrace it and don’t let it define me anymore.

Doing all this allows me to meet incredible people along the way.

People who:
- inspire me
- encourage me and ignite my deep compassion

I'm grateful for all of you and I’m so happy that I can learn from you and grow together with you .

We are all together in this beautiful mess called life
Thank you for being here

Lots of love and respect

Aurora Eggert

Hello there,
Born and raised in Germany under the influence of French culture I got a taste of how people perceive life and situations totally differently depending on how and where they grew up. this ignited my deepest curiosity for human behaviour at a very young age.

Being always more of an introvert and observant child I absorbed a lot of stuff that to this day weigh heavy on my soul but on the bright side I can say that these experiences make me relate so much deeper and better to the people around me.

I understand pain. I know suffering. I know how it feels to feel misunderstood.
People say I have a warm, soothing vibe and I enjoyed many years working as a physiotherapist in Germany.

Today I’m more venturing towards bringing healing through podcasting/ Life coaching and yoga. I also encourage people to spend more time out in nature and have a Yurt set up in our forest where I host regular relaxation classes.

I would like to call myself a perception shifter because this is what helped me on my path of (ongoing) healing - I’d love to offer perception shifting thoughts/views in order to make people feel more real and their life easier and their relationships deeper.

I’m also passionate about bringing awareness to locally grown food to people’s table as I’m certain that feeling empowered and real starts with what you nurture your body with and what you absorb with all senses from your environment on a daily basis .

I live in the Rocky Mountains
Raise a couple chickens Free range for eggs and grow a beautiful vegetable garden with my grandmother, fiance and mother in summer.

Podcasting became my passion because I can reach people all over the world- Give hope, make people feel less lonely and self-empowered. Furthermore the interviews with people from around the world expand my horizon and help me heal my soul.
Bonnie my pitbull is always at my side.
connect with me and share your story on my show .

Love ❤️
A.
