Hello, hello and welcome to the Borealis

Unknown:

experience. I'm your host Aurora, life coach and companion

Unknown:

on this beautiful journey content life. I hope you're

Unknown:

doing well. I hope you feel safe. I hope your heart is

Unknown:

light.

Unknown:

I hope you feel free. I hope you can see that you have choices

Unknown:

and life. But last episode

Unknown:

was about the choices

Unknown:

that you make.

Unknown:

How to Increase your choices and possibilities and to feel free

Unknown:

whenever you feel stuck.

Unknown:

Today I want to talk about your death. But my gosh, Aurora.

Unknown:

Very light topic.

Unknown:

That's a beautiful spring day. I'm currently on my little

Unknown:

vacation, my road trip. And yeah, I record these episodes

Unknown:

before I left because I wanted to make sure that you do not

Unknown:

feel abandoned. Make sure to subscribe to my podcast if you

Unknown:

haven't already to not miss out on future episodes. And if you

Unknown:

feel like you want to heal from the inside, maybe even learn how

Unknown:

to meditate. Of course you can skip these episodes of

Unknown:

meditation is still a trigger word for you.

Unknown:

But if you want to start out a journey of self healing, please

Unknown:

hop onto season one and start from there. Because there's kind

Unknown:

of a build up to my podcast here. I'm very excited to

Unknown:

be coming to an end with season six and soon beyond season seven

Unknown:

with you. Also, I wanted to ask you

Unknown:

I have

Unknown:

statistics for my podcast and there it tells me where my

Unknown:

listeners come from. But I would like to hear from you personally

Unknown:

from where are you listening from? Are you in North America?

Unknown:

Are you in Australia and South America and Europe.

Unknown:

I would love to connect with you and to hear about your

Unknown:

experience you're going through right now. So never hold back

Unknown:

and connect with me on Aurora Eggert.

Unknown:

My profile on Facebook or Aurora Eggert coaching.

Unknown:

All right.

Unknown:

Let's talk about your desperate.

Unknown:

That is of course, like everything I share here is just

Unknown:

my experience and what I've learned what helped me to heal

Unknown:

what helped me grow what helped me to be the person that I am

Unknown:

today, running a beautiful little business here.

Unknown:

But I imagined it being very similar for everybody when they

Unknown:

are on their deathbed. And a couple years ago, I learned this

Unknown:

was my grandfather who was about to pass away.

Unknown:

And the interesting thing that I've learned is that

Unknown:

he was mad at a lot of people. While he was still healthy. He

Unknown:

always judged people he blamed people

Unknown:

was angry, resentful towards people.

Unknown:

That was just his thing.

Unknown:

But when his death was coming closer when he could really

Unknown:

smell it and

Unknown:

yeah, touch it, so to say right in front of him.

Unknown:

All the regrets came up. All the mistakes came up. All the pain

Unknown:

came up that he had inflicted on others.

Unknown:

Let that sink in.

Unknown:

Imagine that one day you lay there and everything comes back.

Unknown:

It's a very, very tricky situation to be and because

Unknown:

maybe right now while you're listening, you are regretting a

Unknown:

bunch of things already and then you would say but Aurora Why are

Unknown:

you saying this? Like I made really huge mistakes and I'm

Unknown:

still suffering from the consequences. Why do you say

Unknown:

this? How am I going to survive to my death

Unknown:

with these regrets

Unknown:

bear with me

Unknown:

I will ask you to start out on a journey of self forgiveness.

Unknown:

If that's the case, if you've done mistakes, if you've made

Unknown:

choices in your past, that are fully hollow or horrible and

Unknown:

very shitty, especially for other people, but now for you,

Unknown:

then you can't waste any more time. But you have to forgive

Unknown:

yourself.

Unknown:

And this now might sound like wow, forgiving myself, no,

Unknown:

because that would mean that I accept. And I'm okay with the

Unknown:

mistake I've made but I'm seriously not.

Unknown:

I understand. I will say to you, but you have to forgive

Unknown:

yourself, you have to let this go.

Unknown:

Down and over with.

Unknown:

You can't make this mistake.

Unknown:

hinder you hold you back restrict you any longer.

Unknown:

You have to start and let go.

Unknown:

And if you are

Unknown:

in a situation where you feel okay with yourself, then this

Unknown:

episode is for you as well. Because Be wise with the choices

Unknown:

that you're making. And make sure that yes, you follow your

Unknown:

heart your follow your soul calling.

Unknown:

But on this path,

Unknown:

try to the best of your ability to not harm or hurt other

Unknown:

people.

Unknown:

Again,

Unknown:

you will upset people you will piss people off once you engage

Unknown:

on your own journey.

Unknown:

And that's okay, you have to follow your heart. But I mean,

Unknown:

intensely hurting and letting down.

Unknown:

shutting people out that you're just too lazy to have an honest

Unknown:

boundary setting conversation with

Unknown:

to be as clear as possible.

Unknown:

To express yourself as honestly as possible.

Unknown:

is one way to live without regrets.

Unknown:

At the end of your life,

Unknown:

I have a strong feeling that even if I was to make no

Unknown:

mistakes, so to say until the rest of my days, my brain would

Unknown:

still come up with stuff oh my god. But I could have done this,

Unknown:

I could have said this, I could have you know, accomplish that.

Unknown:

This is simply how our brain works.

Unknown:

But the decisions that you're going to make, from now on,

Unknown:

have not only a deep impact on your future

Unknown:

and how your life is going to unfold, they have a deep impact

Unknown:

on others as well.

Unknown:

The better you know yourself, the better decisions you're

Unknown:

going to make that affect you the best way possible and the

Unknown:

people around you that you love and care about.

Unknown:

So, I think was this episode, I really want to raise awareness

Unknown:

that you can't waste any time and forgiving yourself forgiving

Unknown:

others and to set yourself free from regret and resentment

Unknown:

and to focus on how you can make better choices

Unknown:

from now on

Unknown:

in order to not live with regrets and pain.

Unknown:

What is driving you? What are your core values?

Unknown:

And do you live in alignment with these core values that you

Unknown:

have? Is there areas in your life where you are in conflict

Unknown:

with your values where you feel

Unknown:

you have to

Unknown:

compromise

Unknown:

and if you want me to list the areas of your life that I'm

Unknown:

talking about here it is your

Unknown:

personal relationships, your family, your friends, your

Unknown:

romantic relationships, and most importantly your relationship to

Unknown:

yourself.

Unknown:

Can you express yourself freely?

Unknown:

Let? Do you let people see you for who you are?

Unknown:

Do you lie to yourself? And why do you lie to yourself to learn?

Unknown:

Do you lie to others? And why do you lie to others?

Unknown:

are you silent? When you should be speaking up but you choose

Unknown:

to? Because you don't want to create drama and conflict?

Unknown:

How it is when it comes to your job, your work life?

Unknown:

Are you self employed? Are you employed? What's your relation?

Unknown:

Like with your boss with your co workers?

Unknown:

If you're self employed,

Unknown:

what drives you?

Unknown:

Are you in alignment with your core values at work?

Unknown:

Your physical health?

Unknown:

Are you making the best

Unknown:

out of your physical health? Or do you compromise? Do you cheat?

Unknown:

Your mental health?

Unknown:

How do you nurture your mind? What do you consume on a daily

Unknown:

basis? Through your eyes through you yours? Is it an alignment

Unknown:

with your True core values?

Unknown:

Your financial situation?

Unknown:

Do you feel comfortable? Do you feel safe Do you feel supported?

Unknown:

It is really important to live with this awareness with this

Unknown:

consciousness. Because the last thing I want is for you to

Unknown:

regret one day that you didn't take enough care of yourself

Unknown:

that you were not honest with the people around you.

Unknown:

If you have any feedback or comments

Unknown:

Love Aurora
Also..
A little bit about me
Trust me I’m far from feeling, behaving or being perfect.
Perfection is nothing I’m thriving for yet I can say I’m proud of my path/ life journey.

I'm no longer enslaved to my #depression
I'm no longer a #rapevictim
I no longer struggle with #eatingdisorder
I no longer feel the need to hold on to fear, anger and resentment towards men.
I #create podcast episodes and videos several times a week to support and inspire others even on days I feel poorly.
I push through hard times while being gentle on myself.

I'm able to be consistent without feeling drained for the first time in my life because I found something that brings me joy and excitement and stills my hunger to support people out there.

I try my best to understand people’s harsh opinions that are not in alignment with my values .

I learn every day on how to express myself better in a foreign language

I no longer use being bullied back then in school as an excuse in life to not show up for myself or others.

I ask questions, really annoying questions, in order to experience my environment and to find out what is best for me and my people around me ..
Yes, I still feel triggered in many situations.
Yes, I feel depressed and discouraged at times but I embrace it and don’t let it define me anymore.

Doing all this allows me to meet incredible people along the way.

People who:
- inspire me
- encourage me and ignite my deep compassion

I'm grateful for all of you and I’m so happy that I can learn from you and grow together with you .

We are all together in this beautiful mess called life
Thank you for being here

Lots of love and respect

About your host

Profile picture for Aurora Eggert

Aurora Eggert

Hello there,
Born and raised in Germany under the influence of French culture I got a taste of how people perceive life and situations totally differently depending on how and where they grew up. this ignited my deepest curiosity for human behaviour at a very young age.

Being always more of an introvert and observant child I absorbed a lot of stuff that to this day weigh heavy on my soul but on the bright side I can say that these experiences make me relate so much deeper and better to the people around me.

I understand pain. I know suffering. I know how it feels to feel misunderstood.
People say I have a warm, soothing vibe and I enjoyed many years working as a physiotherapist in Germany.

Today I’m more venturing towards bringing healing through podcasting/ Life coaching and yoga. I also encourage people to spend more time out in nature and have a Yurt set up in our forest where I host regular relaxation classes.

I would like to call myself a perception shifter because this is what helped me on my path of (ongoing) healing - I’d love to offer perception shifting thoughts/views in order to make people feel more real and their life easier and their relationships deeper.

I’m also passionate about bringing awareness to locally grown food to people’s table as I’m certain that feeling empowered and real starts with what you nurture your body with and what you absorb with all senses from your environment on a daily basis .

I live in the Rocky Mountains
Raise a couple chickens Free range for eggs and grow a beautiful vegetable garden with my grandmother, fiance and mother in summer.

Podcasting became my passion because I can reach people all over the world- Give hope, make people feel less lonely and self-empowered. Furthermore the interviews with people from around the world expand my horizon and help me heal my soul.
Bonnie my pitbull is always at my side.
connect with me and share your story on my show .

Love ❤️
A.
