Hello, and welcome to the Borealis experience. I'm
Unknown:your host Aurora. And I'm very happy to be spending some time
Unknown:with you today. I hope you're doing well. I hope you had some
Unknown:sunshine where you live. I just came back inside from a big sun
Unknown:bars and I can literally feel the vitamin D rushing through my
Unknown:veins. That's how it goes with vitamin D. I don't even know. I
Unknown:just know that sunshine on bare skin is super healthy. Yeah,
Unknown:today I want to talk about letting things flow. How about
Unknown:you? Are you the person who can let things flow and things just
Unknown:come towards you without any big effort? Or are you constantly
Unknown:fighting and manipulating, forcing, trying to influence
Unknown:influence things in order to get things done? Wanting expecting,
Unknown:waiting or speaking out these words make me feel tired
Unknown:already. Yet I was exactly that person was always trying to
Unknown:anticipate and control and influence and it works well.
Unknown:Then you can start training like physical exercise will make you
Unknown:endure and go even longer. But you will reach a point someday
Unknown:where you just feel exhausted and maybe even desperate. So how
Unknown:can we let things flow? I think the most important thing is that
Unknown:we are good with our own. Being an energy and being okay with
Unknown:one is around us living in acceptance, and embracing what
Unknown:we have in life and being grateful what we have in life.
Unknown:Because if we can put our focus on gratefulness, then there's
Unknown:less time and energy for wanting other things, expecting more or
Unknown:different things again. So that and today I invite you to maybe
Unknown:sit or lay down. If you're driving a car or bicycle please
Unknown:don't close your eyes. But if you are in a situation where you
Unknown:can close your eyes, close your eyes, and just be here. Just
Unknown:relax and know that everything is good. Like it is and know
Unknown:that if you deeply desire something, it will come to you.
Unknown:It is not by forcing things and wanting things and working
Unknown:harder, harder, harder every day that you will reach your goals.
Unknown:It is through a very deep desire and joy that you will reach your
Unknown:goals because you will radiate that beautiful energy of desire
Unknown:and goodness and he will just magnetize stuff into your life.
Unknown:instead of forcing them into your life and then finding out
Unknown:that they were not meant for you anyways was desire. The
Unknown:beautiful thing is that you can only truly desire something that
Unknown:is good for you. So close your eyes and let everything go for a
Unknown:moment. Fit is a healthy, beautiful body you desire.
Unknown:Imagine yourself walking with a healthy, beautiful body. How
Unknown:would that feel like if it is freedom from annoying thoughts
Unknown:and addictions you desire imagine yourself being free from
Unknown:destructive thoughts and habits that are maybe distract differ
Unknown:as well and harmful for you. Imagine that freedom, that
Unknown:openness, goodness, the hope that you would feel. If it is a
Unknown:partner you desire, then feel how it would feel if they were
Unknown:right next to you,
Unknown:if they were talking to you, and if they were listening to you,
Unknown:maybe being silent with you. We all have a very different
Unknown:purpose here on planet Earth. And sometimes we desire people
Unknown:that
Unknown:are a good match for us. But we are not a good match for them.
Unknown:But we can still be close to them in thought in, in our
Unknown:hearts, and if they're really meant to be with us, and they
Unknown:will be with us one day, but we can focus on the desire and not
Unknown:on the how and when, because this can be really influenced.
Unknown:So again, try to let everything go for a moment and take a deep
Unknown:breath in. And exhale. Deep inhale and exhale. If you're in
Unknown:a situation that you don't like, that is uncomfortable at the
Unknown:moment, the know that it will pass you are on your way to a
Unknown:better place. Be open, ask for help. And trust. Trust the flow
Unknown:of life. Trust that everything always flows towards resolution
Unknown:and health. If you allow it to, if you don't try to control it.
Unknown:And if you are in a very good situation at the moment, then
Unknown:deeply appreciate what you have. Hold it close to your heart
Unknown:without claiming and show your deep appreciation. With
Unknown:whichever language is comfortable for you can be words
Unknown:can be acts of services can be physical touch. can be gifting
Unknown:someone. Take another date. Take another deep inhale and exhale.
Unknown:And again, trust. Trust is so crucial in life and romantic
Unknown:relationships, friendships, and trusting the flow of life
Unknown:knowing that everything is going to be okay. Everything is going
Unknown:to happen the way it's supposed to happen.
Unknown:When we let things flow, live fields, easy, soft and light.
Unknown:And we practice resilience. Obstacles don't really feel like
Unknown:huge major setbacks and disappointments anymore. We just
Unknown:see it as part of life and maneuver around it. find new
Unknown:solutions. Use these obstacles to see life from a different
Unknown:angle maybe when we practice being present, when we deeply
Unknown:appreciate what we have then we can attract even more goodness
Unknown:into our lives. Because it's just like a person who's happy
Unknown:with her or himself. Whatever they Have, you'd rather spend
Unknown:time with that person as a person who is harshly
Unknown:judgmental, and always whining, always complaining, right? So,
Unknown:same goes for goodness in life. She started to appreciate the
Unknown:little things. The big, really big, good things are gonna start
Unknown:flowing towards you as well. Take one more deep breath with
Unknown:me. And exhale. Very good.
Unknown:Now,
Unknown:get up, slowly, open your eyes, slowly. Bring your hands in
Unknown:front of your chest and to pray a position. Bow your mind and
Unknown:deeply appreciate that little moment of flow that we just had
Unknown:here. And know that this feeling you carry around with you all
Unknown:day long. To try to let it flow a little bit today. And maybe
Unknown:the next day and maybe the next day
Unknown:and just see how it fields. Take good care of yourself. I'll be
Unknown:out there for you tomorrow again. Bye bye.
