Hello, hello, this is the Borealis experience. I'm
Unknown:your host Aurora. And today's meditation is for setting an
Unknown:intention for your day.
Unknown:Last night, I was
Unknown:pretty much awake
Unknown:the whole night. And I thought about how I was going to feel
Unknown:exhausted and not capable of functioning 100% During the day
Unknown:today, but then I thought,
Unknown:What if I don't make it about that little bit of less sleep
Unknown:that I'm getting tonight and still set a positive,
Unknown:good intention for my day. And just try to stick to that as
Unknown:much as I can. I'm not gonna let that little bit of insomnia
Unknown:interfere with me having a good day.
Unknown:So if you feel similar, or if you had a good day and want to
Unknown:reset,
Unknown:and have a good rest of your day, then please join me. Maybe
Unknown:you had a wonderful sleep and just want to have a positive
Unknown:start into the day. Or maybe you had a shitty sleep as well. And
Unknown:then let's do this together. And let's not be a victim of
Unknown:sleepless nights. Find a comfortable seat, maybe on a
Unknown:cushion. A little bit elevated from the ground.
Unknown:Adjust your pelvis for a straight spine without effort
Unknown:and big muscle engagement. Tuck your chin a little bit. Close
Unknown:your eyes. Roll your shoulders up and back
Unknown:and sit here and stillness with me
Unknown:tune into your breath
Unknown:imagine how you're inhaling fresh mountain air
Unknown:relax your eyes.
Unknown:Relax the little muscles on your forehead,
Unknown:around your mouth, around your ears, your jaw muscles.
Unknown:Whatever comes up in your mind, just let it float away don't
Unknown:cling to your thoughts. You're not your thoughts
Unknown:you can observe your thoughts
Unknown:and when we set an intention kind of takes space away from
Unknown:irrelevant thoughts.
Unknown:So set your intention now.
Unknown:It can be peace, it can be resilience, it can be joy
Unknown:whatever you feel is right for you today.
Unknown:Know that it is in your power.
Unknown:How you react in situations. You choose how to respond
Unknown:you choose when to walk away
Unknown:And you choose when it's worth it
Unknown:to discuss
Unknown:to align
Unknown:to solve
Unknown:but not every situation requires that
Unknown:sometimes silence
Unknown:walking away
Unknown:is the best choice you can make
Unknown:come back to your breath,
Unknown:relax the muscles around your eyes
Unknown:maybe your intention is to not be shaken out of this peaceful
Unknown:state you feel right now.
Unknown:Except if it is joy, excitement, happiness
Unknown:you can be uplifted from the outside
Unknown:but nothing can drag you down today
Unknown:come back to your breath
Unknown:bring your hands to your heart and pray position.
Unknown:Bow your head down
Unknown:make yourself a promise today
Unknown:I don't even know if you say that like that in English.
Unknown:To make a Promise, Promise yourself
Unknown:that if anything triggers you,
Unknown:your poison, your anger, your jealousy, your resentment will
Unknown:come up
Unknown:and you will not projected into the outer world
Unknown:you will reflect about it you will feel those feelings and
Unknown:that let go of them
Unknown:and respond
Unknown:like your best self would respond.
Unknown:Once again.
Unknown:If anything triggers you today brings up your poison, your
Unknown:jealousy, resentment.
Unknown:You will feel those feelings but you will not project it into
Unknown:this outer world.
Unknown:You will feel those feelings
Unknown:metabolize them, channel them out and respond respond like
Unknown:your wisest self would respond.
Unknown:Namaste

Unknown:I'm trying to
Unknown:cover or to have a meditation ready for you for whichever mood
Unknown:you're in. But today's meditation is really dear to me.
Unknown:Because if we set an intention for the day, then we kind of
Unknown:have that in the back of our mind for the whole day. And we
Unknown:can always come back to that peaceful state
Unknown:Out of Mind and being no matter what happens. I'm sending my
Unknown:love out there. I'm very excited to have you on board here and
