Hello,
Unknown:and welcome to the Borealis experience. I mean almost
Unknown:Aurora, and I'm very happy to be spending some time with you
Unknown:today is March 18. Soon, April, wow, this year has been going
Unknown:fast. I don't know how it is, where you live, where you spend
Unknown:your days in which country,
Unknown:I hope
Unknown:that you guys are not affected by the COVID and the confinement
Unknown:restrictions. Where I live here in Canada, it's pretty much the
Unknown:same the last year. No socializing,
Unknown:no
Unknown:normal life. And yeah, I'm just living out here in the mountains
Unknown:and drawing producing my podcast, so I'm doing well. But
Unknown:if you're stuck in a little apartment, in a huge city, and
Unknown:you can't really go outside, you can really meet up with friends
Unknown:you can go about your life, then please know this podcast is just
Unknown:read for you. And I think of you and send you healing energy
Unknown:every day and hope that you find stuff that is interesting for
Unknown:your mind and your soul. Today's episode is to feel peace and
Unknown:love. I think we all want to feel loved. We all want to live
Unknown:at peace. But how can we in a situation that is highly
Unknown:irritating, annoying, depressing, feel loved? How can
Unknown:we be at peace with our mind when we're kind of feeling stuck
Unknown:and being alone or forced to live with people that we like
Unknown:but we're not really used to spending that much time with
Unknown:them. I think one very important thing is to be okay, spending
Unknown:alone time and to make that alone time as juicy and honest
Unknown:and raw as possible. So I invite you today to find a comfortable
Unknown:seat.
Unknown:You have your legs crossed in front of you, straight spine. Or
Unknown:you can lay down on the ground and just sink into the ground.
Unknown:Future choose to sit up straight, roll your shoulders up
Unknown:and back. Tuck your chin slightly to elongate your neck
Unknown:and close your eyes. Know that spending those couple minutes in
Unknown:silence or being guided through meditation like we do here. or
Unknown:listening to inspiration. feeling connected is so
Unknown:nurturing for your soul. And most of the time, that is what
Unknown:we're longing. We're all used to high stimulation and dopamine
Unknown:and
Unknown:action.
Unknown:But our soul is craving that quietness that silence. word can
Unknown:expand. I want you to know that you are being loved. Maybe you
Unknown:have shut out the people that love you. Maybe you don't really
Unknown:let them approach you. Maybe daily life is so busy and you're
Unknown:so damn busy sorry to distract yourself from from past pain or
Unknown:from boredom that you don't really realize that you don't
Unknown:let them come close. But know that love is deep inside of you.
Unknown:And if you are quiet for a moment you can reconnect with
Unknown:it. And love is all around you. You just got to see it. You just
Unknown:got to learn to see it. Again, remember how it fields? How does
Unknown:it feel to open heartedly? Full heartedly trusting someone did
Unknown:you ever blindly trust someone? Or when was the last time you
Unknown:trusted someone with all your heart? How does it feel? You can
Unknown:tell them everything, you don't feel shame. You don't feel
Unknown:rejected when they choose to spend time with somebody else,
Unknown:or doing something else. You just trust that their love is
Unknown:there. Always. They care about how you feel, but what you got
Unknown:to say. They want to truly see you and get to know you.
Unknown:And how about the people that you are craving? Love from
Unknown:attention. Are those people that are really good for your soul
Unknown:and for yourself? Or is it your ego wants to be close to their
Unknown:energy because they just got that something that you don't
Unknown:have and you like seeing it and others feeling it from others.
Unknown:But you forgot that you actually carry it inside of yourself.
Unknown:You just gonna undertake that. Again, take a deep breath in and
Unknown:exhale. relax the muscles around your eyes. Know that this peace
Unknown:and quiet sometimes feels uncomfortable. The mind wants to
Unknown:be busy. The monkey mind, the ego wants to be stimulated.
Unknown:But she just turned the volume down of that little beast. And
Unknown:listen to your heart. How it is rejoicing in that peaceful
Unknown:moment right now.
Unknown:Again, relax the muscles around your eyes, Relax your neck
Unknown:muscles. You're sitting straight, but your muscles are
Unknown:not rigid or stiff. They're just supporting you and lifting you
Unknown:up.
Unknown:Now I invite you to listen to a little mantra that I picked out
Unknown:for you today. It is from the Kundalini Yoga. It is called
Unknown:around my Tao. SAS say so home. And you don't need to understand
Unknown:that you can just listen to it. But I can also give you a little
Unknown:bit of a description of what it means. And maybe it resonates
Unknown:with your heart. Maybe it doesn't resonate with your heart
Unknown:at all. And I will make sure to label those episodes like that.
Unknown:So that you can still skip them or specifically pick them when I
Unknown:choose to go with a mantra. So this mantra is for the sacred
Unknown:healing and meditation is used to pray for healing energy for
Unknown:friends, family and ourselves. So make sure that you find the
Unknown:right posture now. You will be sitting in easy pose so your
Unknown:legs are crossed in front of you or on a chair with your feet
Unknown:planted firmly on the ground. your spine is straight and your
Unknown:neck is led a bit locked like the chin is pulled back
Unknown:slightly. The hand position is the most important here. The
Unknown:elbows are bent down by the sides and are tucked comfortably
Unknown:but firmly against the ribs. The forearms almost perpendicular to
Unknown:the floor, with the hands extended out, in front of you at
Unknown:45 degree angle. The palms are flat but not rigid, facing up,
Unknown:your fingers out together and you keep your palms flat during
Unknown:this meditation Your eyes are closed. And now this mantra
Unknown:consists of a basic sounds and I might butcher it. I might be
Unknown:doing it right. It's not about perfection here and if you are a
Unknown:master in meditation, please don't hold back from reaching
Unknown:out to me. First the translation. So. So are a is the
Unknown:energy of the sun, strong, bright and hot. It energizes and
Unknown:purifies Ma. Ma. is the energy of the moon, receptive, cool and
Unknown:nurturing. Da, da, is the energy of Earth secure and personal. It
Unknown:is the ground of action. Sa, sa is the impersonal infinity. The
Unknown:Cosmos in all of its dimensions, openness, expansiveness,
Unknown:totally, and totality. Say, s A, y is the totality of experience
Unknown:and is personal. It is the feeling of sacred though it is
Unknown:the embodiment of sa. So, S O is the personal sense of merger and
Unknown:identity. And home. h u n g is the infinite, vibrating and real
Unknown:beautiful. So I'm gonna sing that mantra for you now. And you
Unknown:can just tune in, or tune out, whatever feels good. It's meant
Unknown:to be kind of like a lullaby that lulls you into a warm,
Unknown:comforting blanket. say so.
