Hello, hello, and welcome to the Borealis

Unknown:

experience meditations. I'm your host Aurora. Thank you so much

Unknown:

for inspiring me motivating me to meditate each day.

Unknown:

I'm trying to post a meditation for you, for every area in your

Unknown:

life for every mood, so that you can conveniently choose whatever

Unknown:

is best for you today, we all go through different phases and

Unknown:

live through different times. And I just want to make sure

Unknown:

that we find something for everybody here.

Unknown:

So today's episode is a meditation for when you feel

Unknown:

exhausted.

Unknown:

In my podcast, we will explore which areas in your life are

Unknown:

sucking energy out of you, instead of

Unknown:

making you feel good about yourself and others. What is it

Unknown:

that depletes your energy.

Unknown:

But today we want to focus on when it's too late when you feel

Unknown:

exhausted.

Unknown:

And maybe it is in the morning, maybe it is in the evening.

Unknown:

Excuse me.

Unknown:

Don't be driving, don't be operating machinery.

Unknown:

Today, I suggest you lay down on your back or you go into child's

Unknown:

pose. If you don't know how a child's pose look like looks

Unknown:

like please stop the meditation right here and look it up on

Unknown:

Google. Otherwise, you're basically sitting on your knees,

Unknown:

your bum is resting on your heels. And then you fold your

Unknown:

torso over your thighs so that your forehead is touching the

Unknown:

floor, your shin, your feet, maybe even your shoulders, you

Unknown:

have your arms alongside your body and the palms open up to

Unknown:

the sky.

Unknown:

It's a very restorative pose that I like to take whenever I

Unknown:

feel exhausted or sad or

Unknown:

just empty

Unknown:

when you lay down on the floor

Unknown:

I want you to

Unknown:

sink in heavily into your mat or into the ground.

Unknown:

Tuck your chin slightly so that your neck is nice and long.

Unknown:

And then open up your palms to the ceiling have your arms a

Unknown:

little bit further apart from your body, not T shaped but say

Unknown:

30 degrees

Unknown:

away from your body on the ground resting.

Unknown:

Now your legs if you lay down are also

Unknown:

maybe one feet and a half apart

Unknown:

and your feet are kind of opening up to the side

Unknown:

falling to the side heavily

Unknown:

come into your breath

Unknown:

and thank yourself for showing up today. I

Unknown:

think it's the hardest thing to do when you feel exhausted

Unknown:

already. Then you just want to

Unknown:

stay on your phone longer

Unknown:

slouch on the couch, emotionally eat

Unknown:

whatever you do when you feel exhausted and want to feel

Unknown:

energized again.

Unknown:

But the biggest favor you can do yourself

Unknown:

is just be with yourself for a couple minutes.

Unknown:

Come back to your breath

Unknown:

maybe you can have a window open.

Unknown:

Maybe it's not cold outside, maybe you have really good air

Unknown:

to breathe in and out

Unknown:

notice the cold air coming through your nose

Unknown:

and warm air coming back out your mouth

Unknown:

with every inhale you take,

Unknown:

you bring oxygen into your body, you nourish and energize your

Unknown:

body.

Unknown:

With every exhale you take, you provide food for the plants

Unknown:

around us.

Unknown:

And you get rid of

Unknown:

gases that we don't need inside of our body

Unknown:

and water to

Unknown:

inhale.

Unknown:

Times when we feel exhausted, it is that we over consumed

Unknown:

something. We get bombarded with news every day. Maybe you had to

Unknown:

go through a fight. Maybe you feel sad for a long time already

Unknown:

because of COVID Never ending

Unknown:

as usually things that

Unknown:

affect us from the outside

Unknown:

and drain us. But from the inside we can

Unknown:

kind of make room for goodness again and for energy.

Unknown:

So now imagine that every time you inhale, you make space.

Unknown:

For goodness,

Unknown:

exhale, exhale the stuff that you soaked up that is not making

Unknown:

you feel good.

Unknown:

And then inhale

Unknown:

and exhale

Unknown:

then maybe emphasize on exhaling. If you feel exhausted,

Unknown:

you want to let go more.

Unknown:

So big inhale and then longer exhale

Unknown:

and then inhale

Unknown:

and exhale

Unknown:

if a child's pose is new to you and feels uncomfortable by now

Unknown:

then please feel free to go into

Unknown:

laying onto your back.

Unknown:

If you feel good and Child's Pose, then

Unknown:

try to focus on breathing into your lower back.

Unknown:

The lower back is

Unknown:

very, very sensitive when it comes to stress and exhaustion.

Unknown:

It usually tenses up.

Unknown:

An inch Chad's pose you can

Unknown:

over your breath, massage it

Unknown:

and really guiding your breath to the lower back.

Unknown:

totally relax your shoulders down. Let the mount over your

Unknown:

knees.

Unknown:

When you lay back on the floor at the mount

Unknown:

into the ground.

Unknown:

Remember your face beautiful resting bitchface

Unknown:

relax the little muscles around your eyes around your mouth.

Unknown:

Relax your jaw

Unknown:

and again, some deep gratitude into your heart

Unknown:

because you're doing exactly the red thing for yourself today.

Unknown:

Come back to your breath.

Unknown:

Focus on big inhale

Unknown:

and big exhale

Unknown:

maybe you want to set an intention for the rest of your

Unknown:

day. Maybe you want to be mindful,

Unknown:

super caring with yourself.

Unknown:

Maybe you want to go to bed right away and just sleep.

Unknown:

Maybe you want to have a big glass of water. Really good

Unknown:

nourishing food.

Unknown:

Set your intention now for what feels best for you.

Unknown:

Big inhale

Unknown:

and exhale

Unknown:

now if you're wearing Child's Pose, slowly come on up into a

Unknown:

kneeling position or easy seat.

Unknown:

If you're laying down on the floor, you can stay there or

Unknown:

come to a seat as well

Unknown:

and then bring your hands to your heart

Unknown:

bow your head down and gratitude

Unknown:

you are not a victim of external circumstances. You shine your

Unknown:

own light,

Unknown:

your own energy

Unknown:

protected fiercely

Unknown:

don't hide it.

Unknown:

Relax into it.

Unknown:

We need you out there.

Unknown:

You're never alone.

Unknown:

Take good care of yourself.

Unknown:

Namaste.

Unknown:

Thank you so much for listening to this meditation here on the

Unknown:

Borealis experience. I hope you feel more relaxed, more

Unknown:

energized maybe

Unknown:

if you want to drink a big glass of water

Unknown:

and spend a good rest of your day.

Unknown:

I'll be sending out

Unknown:

another meditation very soon. Thank you so much for supporting

Unknown:

me. Bye bye

Also..
A little bit about me
Trust me I’m far from feeling, behaving or being perfect.
Perfection is nothing I’m thriving for yet I can say I’m proud of my path/ life journey.

I'm no longer enslaved to my #depression
I'm no longer a #rapevictim
I no longer struggle with #eatingdisorder
I no longer feel the need to hold on to fear, anger and resentment towards men.
I #create podcast episodes and videos several times a week to support and inspire others even on days I feel poorly.
I push through hard times while being gentle on myself.

I'm able to be consistent without feeling drained for the first time in my life because I found something that brings me joy and excitement and stills my hunger to support people out there.

I try my best to understand people’s harsh opinions that are not in alignment with my values .

I learn every day on how to express myself better in a foreign language

I no longer use being bullied back then in school as an excuse in life to not show up for myself or others.

I ask questions, really annoying questions, in order to experience my environment and to find out what is best for me and my people around me ..
Yes, I still feel triggered in many situations.
Yes, I feel depressed and discouraged at times but I embrace it and don’t let it define me anymore.

Doing all this allows me to meet incredible people along the way.

People who:
- inspire me
- encourage me and ignite my deep compassion

I'm grateful for all of you and I’m so happy that I can learn from you and grow together with you .

We are all together in this beautiful mess called life
Thank you for being here

Lots of love and respect
A.

Aurora Eggert

Hello there,
Born and raised in Germany under the influence of French culture I got a taste of how people perceive life and situations totally differently depending on how and where they grew up. this ignited my deepest curiosity for human behaviour at a very young age.

Being always more of an introvert and observant child I absorbed a lot of stuff that to this day weigh heavy on my soul but on the bright side I can say that these experiences make me relate so much deeper and better to the people around me.

I understand pain. I know suffering. I know how it feels to feel misunderstood.
People say I have a warm, soothing vibe and I enjoyed many years working as a physiotherapist in Germany.

Today I’m more venturing towards bringing healing through podcasting/ Life coaching and yoga. I also encourage people to spend more time out in nature and have a Yurt set up in our forest where I host regular relaxation classes.

I would like to call myself a perception shifter because this is what helped me on my path of (ongoing) healing - I’d love to offer perception shifting thoughts/views in order to make people feel more real and their life easier and their relationships deeper.

I’m also passionate about bringing awareness to locally grown food to people’s table as I’m certain that feeling empowered and real starts with what you nurture your body with and what you absorb with all senses from your environment on a daily basis .

I live in the Rocky Mountains
Raise a couple chickens Free range for eggs and grow a beautiful vegetable garden with my grandmother, fiance and mother in summer.

Podcasting became my passion because I can reach people all over the world- Give hope, make people feel less lonely and self-empowered. Furthermore the interviews with people from around the world expand my horizon and help me heal my soul.
Bonnie my pitbull is always at my side.
connect with me and share your story on my show .

Love ❤️
A.
