Hello, hello and welcome to the Borealis
Unknown:experience. I'm your host Aurora, and I will be guiding
Unknown:you through a little meditation here today. I live in the Rocky
Unknown:Mountains in Canada. And I'm currently outside on my balcony,
Unknown:standing in the sun, looking at a huge mountain called Table
Unknown:Mountain is a little cold. But I thought today I record while
Unknown:being outside. So find, find a comfortable seat or lay down on
Unknown:your back. Close your eyes. Roll your shoulders up and back.
Unknown:Maybe adjust you're sitting over the pelvis to bring it forward
Unknown:or backward. A little bit forward, shoulders up and back
Unknown:again.
Unknown:And a big inhale and exhale Today's episode is for when you
Unknown:feel good about yourself, when you're in a good place.
Unknown:Sometimes you feel we don't need a meditation right now. But just
Unknown:like when you are on a hike, and you take a break and have a
Unknown:snack, maybe a drink of water and you also pause and you kind
Unknown:of relish in the moment. Feel good. And this is what this
Unknown:meditation can be about. Life is good. Life is flowing. You feel
Unknown:connected. You feel abundance. You feel healthy. So be present
Unknown:with that strong feeling of goodness
Unknown:relax the muscles around your eyes and inhale exhale tune into
Unknown:your breath
Unknown:observe your thoughts and let them go
Unknown:be present with yourself and know that you're not your
Unknown:thoughts
Unknown:Wow.
Unknown:This Spani that is man. I'm gonna go inside
Unknown:tune back into your breath. Sometimes we get distractions
Unknown:thrown at us. And it's all about how you react and respond to it.
Unknown:Do you let it distract you? Or can you just push it aside and
Unknown:focus on yourself? I think that's the message we're
Unknown:supposed to learn today.
Unknown:Relax the muscles around your eyes again
Unknown:come back to your breath
Unknown:on a day where we feel good, we can maybe imagine a world
Unknown:wandering through a forest or walking on a beach just try to
Unknown:recall the sensations the smells, maybe the sun the warmth
Unknown:on your skin when you're in a forest he feel see and hear the
Unknown:branches cracking underneath you feed your shoes maybe there's a
Unknown:little bit of a wind maybe there's birds singing squirrels
Unknown:running around take that good feeling on a walk
Unknown:if you're at a beach feel the sand between your toes. Here the
Unknown:sea and the background
Unknown:feel the peace in your chest
Unknown:it is this peace and joy and comfort that we want to preserve
Unknown:as long as calm as possible sorry after your meditation,
Unknown:just take it easy take it slow relish and that good feeling and
Unknown:you will see you will be way more resilient with stuff that
Unknown:usually throws you off and irritates you
Unknown:come back to your breath
Unknown:feel how calm and steady your heart is beating?
Unknown:Very good.
Unknown:Right bring your hands to heart center and blow your mind
