Hello, and welcome to the Borealis experience. I'm
Unknown:your host Aurora, and I'm very happy to be spending some time
Unknown:with you today. You might be hearing the birds singing in the
Unknown:background or some wind because I have the windows open today.
Unknown:beautiful spring weather is on its way, hopefully. Yes, today,
Unknown:I would recommend that you're not riding a bicycle and not
Unknown:driving a car, but maybe be at home sitting on a couch, or
Unknown:maybe on a park bench if you went for a walk and took me with
Unknown:you have comfortable clothes on. And if you choose to sit, find a
Unknown:comfortable seat, maybe cross legged. But maybe you want to
Unknown:just lay down on the ground. That's when we can feel our
Unknown:heartbeat and our breathing the most. And I want to take you on
Unknown:a little bit of How can you call it a journey? Yeah, let's call
Unknown:it journey. So feel free to close your eyes. If you lay down
Unknown:on the ground, let your shoulders melt into the ground
Unknown:and your hips open up to the sky. Maybe your feet are 30
Unknown:centimeters apart and kind of flop to the right and left. And
Unknown:your arms are proximately 45 degrees apart from your body
Unknown:with palms facing up to the sky.
Unknown:Take a deep inhale in and exhale. relax the muscles around
Unknown:your eyes. And now imagine looking at yourself from bird's
Unknown:eye perspective. A man imagine to look at yourself with the
Unknown:kindest smile, the warmest gaze.
Unknown:Imagine looking at yourself and completely embrace embracing
Unknown:yourself. You accept all the good when you look at yourself
Unknown:that is an easy thing to do. And now you accept all the stuff
Unknown:that you feel ashamed of regret the stuff that you don't like
Unknown:about yourself when you compare yourself to others. The stuff
Unknown:that makes you feel small and not enough
Unknown:that makes you feel like a failure time. Take all this an
Unknown:embrace it. Know that you've always done your best. You just
Unknown:didn't have the awareness to act from your best self.
Unknown:But you're working on it now. Chances are if he listened to my
Unknown:podcast here, you are becoming more and more aware of who you
Unknown:are and of who you want to become
Unknown:and of who you were and who you don't want to be anymore. Maybe
Unknown:you are sad today. Maybe you had a really good day. Maybe you
Unknown:feel confused and uncertain. Maybe You feel extremely
Unknown:irritated by all this COVID confinement or some other news.
Unknown:Drop it all. And be with yourself now. Look at yourself,
Unknown:and know how precious you are. Know that there's people out
Unknown:there who are always excited to hear from you. And see you know
Unknown:that there's people out there who can see that you are
Unknown:transitioning and that you are becoming your true self. And
Unknown:they're so proud of you. They just don't put it into words. If
Unknown:you believe in God, know that he always has your back. And you
Unknown:can trust the universe that you never made any big mistakes,
Unknown:took decisions that led you to this day, here now. Few believe
Unknown:the universe is guiding you through life. then know that you
Unknown:can surrender to the universe and trust it.
Unknown:In the future, you will not make mistakes. You will make
Unknown:decisions. You will listen to your heart. You will not force
Unknown:anything. You will have less expectations. You will just flow
Unknown:with life. accomplish your goals. Step by step, getting
Unknown:closer to your dreams. The stuff that you feel deeply ashamed of
Unknown:stuff that you don't like about yourself will not hold you back
Unknown:anymore. You can drop it, you are forgiven. I'm going to share
Unknown:that in future episodes. But I feel that most of the time. We
Unknown:have to forgive ourselves. The other people that we've heard or
Unknown:disappointed have moved on a long time ago. They're living
Unknown:their life. They may be actively forgave you. Now it's time that
Unknown:you forgive yourself. Again, let your shoulders melt into the
Unknown:ground. relax the muscles around your eyes. Maybe you feel your
Unknown:heartbeat by now. But you certainly feel yourself
Unknown:breathing. Because your reps are kind of pressing against the
Unknown:floor every time you inhale.
Unknown:Know that you're endlessly precious and that we need you
Unknown:out there. We need you. To shine your light. We need you to be
Unknown:honest and raw and vulnerable. We need you to express yourself
Unknown:fully in order to see you in order to understand you and
Unknown:understanding you is loving you. So allow the people around you
Unknown:to see you. And don't be scared of being rejected. Because if
Unknown:you accept yourself fully, you can never really be rejected.
Unknown:Take a deep inhale and exhale, let everything go. You may
Unknown:choose to just stay here a little longer now. And enjoy
Unknown:this sweet spot of accepting yourself fully and being fully
Unknown:at peace with yourself.
Unknown:You can now roll on to your side. Come into a comfortable
Unknown:seat roll shoulders up and back. Tuck your chin slightly to
Unknown:elongate your neck. And bring your hands and prayer position
Unknown:in front of your heart.
Unknown:Maybe feel your heartbeat. Blow Your Mind to your heart. No say
Unknown:to yourself I am worthy. I am forgiven. I am so precious. And
Unknown:your monkey mind might be kicking in and being precious.
Unknown:Hahaha. I don't think so. No,
Unknown:just put it in the corner. You are so precious. Now thank
Unknown:yourself for making this time for you today. And walk and talk
